  This NTS run property did not disappoint! We had a great experience with Jodie, and also the property manager, and appreciated their willingness to work with lease terms given unforeseen work-related challenges that occurred because of the pandemic. This is the second 3 bedroom apartment at an NTS property I’ve rented in the past few years. I would highly recommend this apartment, and the location is fantastic. The appliances were nice and updated and the only nuisance (out of their control) were the tenants who were often smoking in the stairwell area as we left the 2nd floor apartment. Overall I would highly recommend Castle Creek.

  (Lived in Castle Creek for 2+ years) Best apartment complex I've ever lived in by far. Clean, well kept, and well maintained. Maintenance crew is excellent as is the support staff in the office. We really enjoyed the events/parties held for residents. It was especially nice that they did this multiple times throughout the year and not just once in the summer or at Xmas like most places do (if they do anything at all). The monthly emails and text messages with upcoming events or emergency notifications were very much appreciated as well. We love the fact that it was dog friendly, and we made a few friends as a result of that. Laundry units in the apartments are a huge benefit and the storage closets are a big help as well. Not much to complain about really. They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Parking could be an issue at times, but rarely and was usually temporary if there was an issue. The treadmills in the gym had issues frequently. The walls/windows in the apartments are super thin so having a phone call while the lawn crew was working (which seemed like every other day) was near impossible. Folks not picking up their dog waste was a big issue near our unit as well. More so in the colder months than summer. Most of that is pretty nit-picky however. Overall, we really enjoyed living there. We didn’t have any problems most of the time and when we did, they were addressed appropriately and swiftly. Great location, great apartments, and great staff. We were sad to go.

  Beautiful apartments with lots of space! We love the wrap-around balcony and fireplace. Close to any store or restaurant we need, but it's also quiet. Neighbors are friendly and the staff is fantastic! Always helpful and responsive whenever we have a question.

  My sister lives here, and I wouldn't recommend it. The carpeting is old, and she was told it was brand new. It's clearly at least 6 years old. Stinks as well. The apartment has fake crown molding, and cheap laminant, the paint is only primer so it looks horrid. The kitchen is the size of a closet. Not to mention its SO loud here in the evening, you cant bring your children to visit if you do have family that lives here, and you definitely could not live here with children. There are no sidewalks what so ever, I mean for almost $1300 for a two bedroom, you would expect MUCH more. This place is GARBAGE.

  If you’re looking for luxury apartments, DO NOT RENT HERE. We had raccoons digging through our garbage, but management took two weeks to have our hallways sprayed with pesticides. Our porch flooded on several occasions due to poor drainage. It took a month to have that fixed. They don’t even have sidewalks.Yet, they believe they can charge $1300 base rent. Please, look somewhere else.

  I absolutely love Castle Creek! I have lived in the complex for going on three years and while typical "stuff" happens - the maintenance team is always quick to respond and gracious with their time. I have never experienced a maintenance issue that would detour me from living here. I also really enjoy the office staff, they are always professional but welcoming, which I appreciate. Honestly, the only real con to living here has been the bugs (which is primarily only an issue if you live in a first floor unit). However, staff always respond expediently to request for pest control and they usually send someone out to spray within a day or two. I have considered moving twice due to different life events but after visiting almost every apartment complex in area, I came to the conclusion Castle Creek is well worth what I pay.

  We have lived at Castle Creek for a little over a month and have been very pleased! We toured majority of the complexes in the area and Castle Creek was our clear favorite. The area is SO clean, pretty flowers and landscaping, valet trash service plus I particularly love the car care center for washing our cars and vacuuming up messes my toddler creates :) The leasing center is very chic and the ladies are wonderful. So glad we made Castle Creek our home! Update: Removing a star due to the fact that the noise travels very easily between floors. We hear our upstairs neighbor constantly - from walking, to shutting doors, the pets running around...this is our biggest complaint.

  Castle Creek Apartments are great for all walks of life. They have a friendly and helpful staff. The maintenance crew is extremely responsive and reliable. If you’re looking for a safe, clean and convenient area to live, I would highly recommend!

  My girlfriend and I have been living at Castle Creek Apartments for a year and a half now and couldn't be more happy with it! The amenities are unmatched in the Castleton area, with an excellent clubhouse, swimming pool, valet trash, and car wash port. Location is extremely convenient being so close to 465 and minutes away from the Castleton mall. Maintenance is always prompt on their service, and all of the staff is always friendly. Castle Creek is also very dog friendly, and doesn't discriminate on breeds which is great. Overall very satisfied on our experience here thus far and would recommend.

  We have lived at Castle Creek for 10 months & overall it has been a very positive experience. The amenities are unbeatable including valet trash, pool, gym, and the new fire pit. The management staff are friendly and eager to help. The complex is close to tons of shopping and restaurants. This apartment is a great value on the northside of Indianapolis. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an apartment!
