Finding good customer service these days is terribly difficult but I can assure you, this team cares for their customers & they love what they do.   My husband and I used Cast Home loans when buying our first home as a new couple. From the very beginning we were treated professionally and respectfully. Chris Gibson sat us down and took his time helping us through the entire process. He even bought us a housewarming gift! We highly recommend you use Cast Home loans, it's hard to find honest help during the pandemic but Cast Home loans did not let us down.

  Chris was instrumental in my home purchase in Boynton Beach FL. My wife and I would like to thank the Cast Home Loans team for their help with our mortgage loan. Not only was Chris responsive, professional and reliable through the whole process, but his reputation in the Palm Beach County area and extensive network was a huge help. We were making an offer on a house that just had a deal fall through because the previous buyer’s financing didn’t get approved. So the sellers were now very skeptical of new offers and wanted to make 100% sure that they didn’t waste any more time on accepting offers where the financing is unsure. What ended up saving us is that the seller’s agent actually knew who Chris was and had worked with him before. Chris saved one of his deals that almost fell through in the past. Because the seller knew Chris and trusted him when he said our financing was in order, our offer on the house was accepted even though we weren’t the highest offer and we were going against cash buyers. It was a totally unexpected perk of working with Chris and Cast Home Loans. I would recommend their services to family and friends. Thank you Chris and Nicole!

  Chris and Nicole were fantastic. We had looked to refinance with 2 other companies that advertise and it turned out to be a big waste of time.It seemed we knew more about the paperwork then they did. I called Cast Home Loans and with in two months we had our refinance. Anytime I had a question either Nicole or Chris were there to answer. They are both very professional and easy to talk to. I would recommend Cast Home Loans to anyone that needs a home loan.

  Cast Home Loans is outstanding! They just refinanced my mortgage in 4 days with the lowest rate I have seen in my lifetime as a homeowner. I sent my docs on Monday and we closed 4 days later. That is the fastest turnaround I have ever had. Amazing! Nicole and Chris went above and beyond to make my loan a priority. I would never go anywhere else. God bless her and Chris.
