  I've been a member for many many years and I am a huge fan of this credit union. They never give me trouble about looking up my info or holding my checks. I am very pleased with their customer service. I took my car loan to them twice and they beat my current APR both times without extending my terms. And the one time they held a check for deposit, I called and showed evidence it had cleared and the funds were available 20 minutes later.

  Velocity credit union kept my $100 deposit. I had temporarily left the area for business and on my return they had taken my money due to lack of activity. Do not leave your money with this company. Donna Brown

  I am so very happy to be a part of Velocity. Since the first time I came in I was treated like family. Everybody has been so very kind and accommodating. Not only that- I have continually found Velocity to have the best rates on offers on my car loans, personal loans and credit cards. Since my first time doing business with Velocity, Raygan has made each and every interaction a pleasure. I've dealt with a lot of people over my professional career and she ranks in the top tier for responsiveness and pleasantness. She's responded so well to some 'difficult' inquiries from me and handled herself not only with great professionalism, but in an extremely personal manner as well. After working with Raygan and the other Velocity representatives many times over the phone and in person- I am confident in Velocity and look forward to continuing business with Velocity for ALL my banking and finance needs.   I have been a loyal member of Velocity Community Credit Union for over 10 years now. They have financed 4 cars, a boat and a motorcycle for me. They are always easily accessible, friendly, informative and efficient.

  I have been with velocity for almost 7 years now and could not be more happier. They are excellent with my 5 yr sons account and the Kirby bucks program which he loves! I have used them for 2 car loans and they made it such a breeze. I highly recommend them for any of your financial needs!!

  I highly recommend Velocity Community CU. They are always quick to help with opening account to replacing a Credit/Debit card for any reason and even helping with getting loans. What ever your needs are, they are there to help you. No big bank cares for you the way the staff of Velocity Community CU Does!!

  I've been a member of this bank my entire life as my mom and grandparents were members long before I existed. I've never had an easier bank experience. The mobile app is great and I love that I can walk in and get what I need without ever having to fill out slips, and I rarely even have to wait in line. They also hooked me up with a student loan that is helping me finish up my degree. I highly recommend this bank.

  What can I say about Velocity Community Credit Union that hasn't already been said about the wheel, penicillin, or the iPhone? Well...next to saving four children and small goat from a burning building, joining Velocity Community Credit Union was the best move I've ever made with my life. A few months ago I got in a car wreck and needed a loan fast so I could get a new vehicle. Well, I was not only extremely impressed by the % rate that I was given, but the service was incredible. Walking in through their door was reminiscent of visiting my mom's house on Christmas morning, but without the hassle of having to stress over buying gifts for everyone. I was surrounded by people that cared... And lets not forget to mention that the girl that helped me take out my loan was not only very pretty and had nice teeth, but she gave me candy too! CANDY! I was bit nervous at first as this was my first loan, but she combed through every aspect of it and left me in awe as if she had just deciphered the great mysteries of the pyramids while juggling fire and explaining to me the meaning of life. Clearly she knew what she was doing, and as I stood up to leave, I was confident I made the right decision. As I walked out of their door, I felt as if anything was possible. I felt like a new man. The sun was shining a bit brighter, the birds were chirping a bit louder, my girlfriend texted me telling me I didn't have to go to her annoying nephew's graduation, and the CR Chicks next door gave me 2 free chocolate chip cookies. Coincidence? I think not... So....do I recommend joining Velocity Community Credit Union? Asking a question like that would be like asking if I recommend breathing. They were there for me when I was down on my luck and needed help, and now...I have extra time on my hands, free candy, cookies, confidence, birds, and brand new wheels. Thanks Velocity Community Credit Union, you are truly a beacon of hope in a world gone awry.

  I recently bought a new car and used Laurel Smikle for the Application process the Andy Carpiuc, the Auto Advisor located in the Credit Union. The best experience and . I never stepped foot into a dealership. Andy found my new car and I dropped off my trade in and picked up my new car at the Credit Union.

  Hi, My husband Al & I have been members of this Credit Union since 1976 and can honestly say we have never had a bad experience with them. Going in the door is like visiting with family - even the new branch in Jupiter has already fit into that pattern. Some of our children still have accounts with Velocity and now our grandchildren have accounts building for their futures. Our son is visiting later this week and we'd love to give him these tickets for his birthday which is May 4th. He grew up with the very first years of Sunfest and I know would love to share the experience with his family now. A big thank you to all the staff at Velocity for all their help and kindness over the years. For example, Claudia, who was so gracious, patient and helpful today as I was having some difficulty with getting to this page. Thank you all for being the best, which is why we will never switch!
