  Greg Downs and his team worked tirelessly to get our mortgage process completed and ready to close even early earlier than the 30th of the month. We didn't close for another week but that was the seller's decision to push it out the extra week. Greg was very responsive and always available via text, email or phone to answer any questions we had. He made the process very easy and was always clear and concise in what his needs were.   Buying a home in a sellers market was one of the hardest things we have ever done. Greg did an outstanding job working so closely with us on the numbers to get into our home.
