  Horrible AWFUL service!!! I waited in line, behind someone who took at least 30 minutes for their transaction, with only one teller in the window and at least eight other employees in their offices. Five people behind me waiting. When I finally got to the window, they told me that I could not withdraw cash from my debit card. I’m so glad I am closing this account. I will never deal with Bank Of America again if I can avoid it.

  One of the worst banks I have ever been to. ALWAYS only one person at their teller windows. They are slow and Inconsiderate. I went in to get change, and they had a computer issue. No big deal, another teller finally comes up to help on a different window. I go up, then ask for change. “Sorry you have to wait for the other girl when she is done”. Um okay fine I’ll wait. Next person comes up for change, “Yeah sure no problem.” It was in the same exact denominations I needed except pennies. I then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes after waiting in line for 20. It is absolutely absurd.

  Jackie and her team are efficient, kind and truly patient people. Whether week day or weekend your needs are seen in a timely manner. My usual branch on US-1 is temporarily closed and I have now been speedily and professionally helped by this I N C R E D I B L E staff. Thank you Ladies :)

  It took me 22 minutes to get one simple piece of information, wire transfer receipt instructions. This information should be available easily and readily on the web site. Further, your damn bank should answer the phone and have someone willing to email the requested information in 3 minutes or less. There was no need for any security checks, I was not asking any private information. I was forced to make an 'appointment' for my local branch, who made me wait beyond my appointment time. I was pitched other un-requested and un-wanted options (online banking, mobile banking, Zelle) repeatedly, and then my appointment follow-up email said I was seeking something I never asked about, not at all. This all should have been handled by telephone or email without all the runaround, and I am posting this review online. B of A should seriously re-evaluate your customer service and responsiveness standards. There is a reason for these negative reviews, and that is negative customer experiences.

  Your 2525 PGA, Bank of America Branch, reps are incompetent and unfriendly and also decided to close your branch "temporarily" during normal business hours and during the business week, without any explanation. Your lines at this branch are longer than 40 minutes to 1 hour wait time before going to a teller. Your drive through is closed. This Bank location should be shut down due to lack of customer service from your employees who do not use time effectively and do not assist customers.

  This branch is very ignorant. The managers of the branch sit around and converse with each other while the tellers who appear to beginnners fend for themselves. If they were ignorant there could be some type of saving grace because you can be taught, be they are the epitome of stupidity!!

  I never thought I'd write a stellar review for a bank, especially a large one. I don't know if all Bank of America locations are this well run but I am very pleased. I have a much closer relationship with the people at this branch then I do down the street at the credit union and you would think the opposite would be true. I did go through some very frustrating times with a business account and the associated credit card. It took more time than I liked to sort it out. These were online difficulties but ultimately I held this branch to the fire to resolve these issues and they did. I went back and forth about four vs five stars since I think that five is a bit over the top. The reason I'm giving this bank 5 is because I'm working with my dad's bank down on Atlantic Ave in Delray and they have been a nightmare and I'm constanty wishing that I was working out the details of his trust through this branch of BOA. This is the best bank I've ever used.

  The employees were very friendly. The problem lies with BOA and their closing of so many locations. There were between 5 and 10 customers in line with one teller open. If they are closing all these locations they need to staff others accordingly.

  Always one teller at the counter and 3 other people walking around asking if you need help!! Line is out the door! Why don't they go behind the counter and help the teller that actually needs help!! Horrible staff management.

  I got there at 3:59 and the door was already locked. All I needed to do was make a deposit. This bank is the absolute worst. I'm so happy I don't have an account here anymore
