  I went through Cason Home Loans for a first time home purchase, and the experience I had was nothing short a spectacular. I worked with Justin Sayles whom was exceptionally friendly and professional throughout the process. Justin helped me get my home purchase finances in order to ensure the purchasing process would go smoothly. Everything was thoroughly explained and presented in an understandable manner. Anytime I had questions, I was able to email or text him and I would always get a quick response whether it be via email, text, and on many occasions a phone call. From what I have heard from others that have purchased a home, typically the loan officer does not go to closing. Justin took the time out of his day to show up to my closing to congratulate me on my new home purchase. That right there shows a great level of commitment to getting it done and that Justin appreciates and cares about his clients. If you're looking to get your finances in order to purchase a home, I would highly recommend Cason Home Loans and from my personal experience Justin Sayles in particular.

  I can't imagine anyone working harder or being more accessible than Justin was during our first time home purchase! We'd heard so many nightmare stories from family and friends that have bought homes and had every possible thing go wrong, but he made sure that things were taken care of and minimized stress for us whenever possible; I can't believe it was so easy and that the process was so clear. Endlessly patient, resourceful, and thorough - you just won't find a better Loan Officer than Justin!

  Justin Sayles was by far one of the most prompt and responsive people I've worked with. Being a first time home buyer, I had lots of questions and comments about the process and what to do. Justin took the time to answer all my calls/texts and answered everything in full. He didnt have business hours and was always available! I've already recommended him to one of my friends! DID I MENTION HE CLOSED MY HOUSE IN 12 BUSINESS DAYS!! I had an amazing experience and would go with him again! Thank you Justin!

  Being new to Grand Rapids, I didn't know many people; let alone where to start when it came to purchasing a home. Justin stepped in and was very accommodating in making sure I fully understood the home buying process and to be honest, it was very easy. He was able to break out what all my cost would be before looking at homes so I was prepared in knowing what I could afford and what would be required out of pocket at closing. Beyond that, he was available whenever I needed with any questions or concerns I had. In addition, he was even able to get me connected with a great realtor who was able to find me the perfect home.   Justin is legit, professional, kind and responsive. I 100% thought buying a home was going to be the biggest pain ever (based on friends experiences with other companies) but with Justin it was a BREEZE. He helped us understand every detail that goes into a home and is a great resource for first time home buyers. He made sure to get us the best rates and deals out there, helped us look into financial assistance if needed, and responded to every phone call, email and text in a timely fashion.   I was very overwhelmed by the home buying process before I was connected with Justin. I am a single mom and a first time home buyer so my head was full of questions and doubts. I was not sure how much of a loan I could get approved for, what type of loan was best for me or if I should just wait another year or two to buy a home. Justin went over my financials with me and explained everything very clearly. He pointed out what loan was the best for my individual financial situation and why. He was very easy to get a hold of if I had questions. He was very timely on everything he did and explained everything each step of the way so that I was comfortable with the process. He took the stress out of home buying and actually understands what customer service is. I am very grateful for his help. I highly recommend Justin as your loan officer. He is someone you can totally trust.

  I worked with Justin when buying our first home. This was nothing but a great experience - he answered all of our questions and was always offering help.   If you are in the market, seriously get in touch with Justin at Cason Home Loans. He was great as he helped me through the process of buying my first home. He kept me in the loop during all stages of the loan and made sure that we closed on time even with some unique situations to work through.
