  I have experienced good customer service, however, Elayne at Cash Pro tops them ALL!!! I’ve watched her go over and beyond to help everyone in there. Even when some customers are not pleasant. I would definitely recommend everyone to this business over their competitors. Definitely worth it!!! Elayne, you are freaking AMAZING!!!!!!

  Great place! I got there a 5 minutes till closing and she still took great care of me!! They helped me out when I was in a serious pinch.

  This company is very honest and offer the best rates in town on a cash advance loan. Mr. Doug is very professional as is his Manager Elaine. Also they care about people and try to help everyone. They treat people like family and this is why my family and I will always go to this place when we need cash help. Two words come to mind, 'THE BEST!" Continued success to Cash Pro!

  Great service!! I drive all the way across town to cash a small $20 check every month or so because of the awesome customer service here. Elaine is very nice and so are all of the other girls that work there. Never had a bad experience once in over 5 years of cashing checks here. Quick and friendly service every time!

  First time ever using this business... Very Professional , cursory and Friendly... I give them 5 STARS !!! They was a Blessing to me ... Everyone else told me NO including the banks ... The lady in the front was AWESOME... Thank You so much may you be always BLESSED...

  Very friendly staff and clean lobby. Pleased with the fact that they are practicing safe distancing. Nikki also informed me of the perks of being a Cash Pro member. Come check them out and open on Sundays!!!

  I have been in the check cashing business before & know a good one. This one is obviously successful not only because of their excellent friendly customer service, but also the fee's, and/or other services provided. The Staff is awesome & love us some Mr. Doug.

  This place was highly recommended by a family member, but my experience was the complete opposite. Elaine had the best customer service but i could tell it wasn’t genuine. Had me to leave and go get the necessary documents after looking up my info and telling that I was approved for something but it wouldn’t be much, which I was very appreciative of. But after leaving and driving 30 mins away to get the documents and she had me wait 45 minutes only to tell me that I wasn’t approved bcuz I didn’t receive direct deposit which she seen that before I was sent to get my papers bcuz she looked up my bank statement. Then lied and said she didn’t say that and also lied that the person who referred me (also doesn’t have direct deposit) did not use her company for payday loans but I was looking at her paperwork from there. I understand that she must follow her company rules but I feel like she could have told me that(when she originally looked at my bank statement) before wasting 2 hours of my time. Other than that it was a very clean and warm atmosphere, while waiting my 45 minutes I did notice that Elaine knew every customer by name which means a lot for a company now days. But I could’ve used that time elsewhere to help my situation.
