  Unfortunately I do not know her name, I have been threatened by a Latino woman at this location. Not professional.We got sick we were short on money, I dont need a freaking woman threatening me! Try AAA Community Finance if you need a little more time they will work with you.

  Customer service is terrible, specially the lady at the Pleasant Grove location, shes rude specially when she answer the phone. The interest isn't that bad. The Provo location has a few girls that do a really good job with customers, but the main one the manager, its a terrible liar. AVOID THEM

  Friendly and super NICE! Both ladies were very professional even though they were very busy since they were almost closing! Recommend this location!! They always call me when my payment is due and work with me!!

  Dont ever get a loan with these clowns!!!! I'm a little late with a payment so I called to let them know I get paid in 3 days and I will just pay the whole thing off and they wouldn't let me do that!! Told me they were going to take legal action against me!!! Oh and dont ever ask to be transferred to DIANA believe me she is very unprofessional and very rude usually higher ups. CAn work something out but she's worse they the lady at the front desk in pleasant grove!!! Pleaseeeee stay away and if you dont believe me try them for yourself!!!!!

  I got a loan a few months ago and the lady that helped me was friendly and explained everything step by step. Very low rates and easy to work with. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

  If you let them know your situation , they can and will help you the best they can . Pleasant grove is by far the best location. Just don't be late and be on time in your payments . The Provo office sucks .

  The two girls that work there are so nice and friendly!! The office is very pretty as well. 5/5 stars.
