  Bought a firearm online and use this shop for the FFL transfer. When weapon arrived they notified me with a call immediately. Went in 10 minutes before closing and they did the transfer. Great service and great price. Will use them from now on.

  It’s not a big shop. But I’ve been twice to pickup a firearm transfer. Both times the gentleman at the desk has greeted me nicely, chatted nicely with me. I had no issues picking up my guns. I’ve read negative reviews for here and I just haven’t seen the same when I go.

  Been sitting out here waiting for them to open and its 30 min past no one has opened the store also have had bad experiences when coming in the store where they wouldn’t acknowledge people they sit around watch movies its just ridiculous

  Wish I could leave a lower review. Waited on the clerk to finish his personal conversation with his friend because I wanted to buy a nice watch they had in stock. Well, he never even acknowledged my presence and moved on to a man who had just walked in to start another personal conversation. Obviously they don't want to make any money here because this is not the first time (this was their second chance by me). Avoid if you value your time.

  Buyed a $200 xbox one s then got home didn't even turn on not only the the controller wouldn't turn on ether on top of that was going to sell them my original xbox one said since it's an older model only going to give me $20 for it

  Was rather rude. Walked in. Nobody greeted us. Walked around the whole store and still, nobody from the staff said anything. Guy was behind the counter watching a movie. Had several customers bit was oblivious to everyone. Very bad customer service.

  Fred I seen where you have reviewed four pawn shops 10 hours ago all received one star except one. I'm not saying that you might be hard to please or that you may not be real but please come by the office and I would gladly sit down with you and that employee to make sure that doesn't ever happen again We also have cameras so please let me know the date you came in.

  Sold me a AC unit. Stopped working in less then a week and refused to refund me or help in any way. Calling the better business bureau on them.

  The item was working when purchased. A lot of things can happen to an item in one week, that is why we have our policy posted on the wall.
