  I love, love, love the warm welcoming greeting I get each and every time I visit the Sandusky, Ohio Cashland location! Tara, Alyssa, Ashley and the manager Ctephyni are all so accommodating and pleasant. I have been a customer since 2017 and I have never had a bad experience at this location. They treat me like family! I have 25 plus years in customer service and sales and these girls ROCK!!!! Thanks for doing what ya do!

  Ive been in Sandusky about 6 years and every time I’m looking for a gift for a family or friend or even just need some quick cash this place has always been my go to! I recommend this place to family & friends anytime they say they are looking for something! Literally the 4 lady’s who work here are always kind and always friendly! The customer service here is absolutely phenomenal! You can tell they are a team and the work chemistry between them is amazing. They remind me of a little family! Listen if your looking for a place to get quality electronics, instruments or even tools this is the place to go! To bring this to a close I would like to say thank you Stephanie, Tara, Alyssa and Ashley for always being kind to me and my family whenever we come in! Love you ladies and hope your store stays around forever!

  I was so uncomfortable, pawning my jewelry. I didn't know what to think a pawn shop would be. I walked in and was greeted and treated with respect. The 3 girl's working, were very professional and friendly. Great experience..

  The ladies at the Sandusky Cashland are absolutely amazing! I couldn't believe how far they went out of their way to help us, especially after the horrible experience we had with the snobby staff at the Fremont location. These woman are awesome and I highly recommend seeing them if you ever find yourself in a bind and need some help. I can't thank them enough for the kindness, courtesy, and concern for my situation. Awesome ladies and I highly recommend them.

  Great place to visit. If anyone has given them a bad review they’re not telling the whole truth. Anyway I was greeted by these great women as soon as I walked in and they were happy to help me. I came to look for a beautiful ring and left satisfied. Round of applause for this team!

  Amazing Staff!! Ladies were absolutley awesome did everything they possibly could to help me. Humble and honest will return to this location only for future pawns or purchases. P.s avoid Fremont location extremely rude staff could care less about customer service.

  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Purchased laptop for $179 with peace of mind plan. Got home to find cord didn't work, called the store that said to drive back next day (half hour away). When arriving they had NO REPLACEMENT CORD and told me the only option was to return it for $159 back. So basically I would lose $20 to return a product that was broken upon purchase! The ladies were extremely rude to a disabled person and got snippy about it. They nastily said the peace of mind plan, that when bought was explained to cover anything that happened at home, actually was needed to cover their selling of broken products. Zero customer service from the so-called "manager"!!!
