  I have worked with Casey for years and real estate can be a stressful environment, but Casey always brings a great attitude and a willingness to make it happen. She is the easiest lender to reach which is important since it is such a fast-paced industry and decisions need to be made quickly. Casey is a great communicator and you can count on her to look out for your best interest and take care of you through the process.

  I contacted Casey on a Friday Evening for my buyer that wanted to look at a home on Saturday. She promptly contacted the buyer and was able to approve them that night. Buyer found the perfect home on Saturday and we wrote an offer that was accepted. On Saturday Knowing the seller was likely to receive multiple offers Casey reached out the listing agent to introduce herself and to give them reassurance of a well-qualified buyer. Within 2 weeks of a 30 day contract Casey let me know we were ready to close. Highly recommended!!! Great communication, excellent customer service, and readily available.   Did Casey help us navigate through to closing - Yes. But that's what you expect from a lender. What really makes Casey outstanding is her friendly, professional manner and most importantly, her excellent communication skills. She kept us informed as we went through the process, kept us on track, let us know what's coming next and worked through any challenges with us. Best customer service ever!

  The home buying process can either be an amazing experience, or absolutely stressful. In my case, it was the former thanks to my mortgage broker, Casey Hatfield, of Caliber Home Loans. There was a point in the process where I would have lost the purchase because of an error caused by the Seller's RE Agent. However, Casey took the reins, filed all the paperwork with the VA, persistently followed-up with the VA (which usually takes 3-6 months for a response), & received an approval in time to fund my loan. This is the type of mortgage broker you'll be working with if you end up with Casey as your broker. She's committed to providing excellent service to her clients, passionate about helping her clients get into their homes, and is very knowledgeable in the industry.   As a military family we were so thankful for Casey Hatfield and her team from caliber home loans. This team was nothing but amazing. This was our first home purchase and we didn’t know anything about the process and they helped us from beginning to end and had the best customer service.
