  So far I’ve had a very positive experience with Lidie at the North Greenville branch. She’s been readily available for me and takes her time answering all my questions. I’m new to credit unions and she was very thorough with helping me understand the differences between them and a bank.

  I worked in the federal credit union for a while, it was great! I currently still have an account there and I've had no problems whatsoever. I definitely recommend it to those who are starting up their credit, they helped me out so much. Great people to work with!

  Super friendly and informative! I worked with Alexandria and it felt like I was talking with one of the girls 💁🏾‍♀️ I’m doing their credit builder loan and soon I’m going to be working with a partner company of there’s to help pay off some debts while building my credit :) a great decision on my part for deciding to open an account!

  Carolina Foothills Federal Credit Union went above and beyond when assisting with my new car loan. I was reviewed and approved within 10 minutes. Angela C. had the payoff prepared, emailed over with all loan docs for e-sign, and hand delivered the check same day to the dealership. Amazing customer service! Thank you Angela C. and Carolina Foothills Federal Credit Union for taking such good care of me so quickly. You all rock!!

  We left the "big banks" about 6 years ago. The entire staff at Carolina Foothills on E North has always been absolutely top notch. Special shout out to Grace! She's a great leader of an amazing team.

  Carolina Foothills is the best bank that I've ever had! They are always nice and the customer service is amazing! They go above and beyond to help me with any problem that I may have. I highly recommend them to anyone and I've had several family members switch to them as well. Go see the ladies at the spartanburg branch if you need anything.
