  We were recommended William Pender and his team at CrossCountry Mortgage for our mortgage loan and I have to say I am very pleased with the way they handled the whole process! We had a very strange case and there was a lot of moments were we thought that we just wouldn’t be able to work anything out and get approved. This was our first home buying experience so we really did not know how anything should be but thanks to William Pender and especially Gavin Dewing we were able to get everything taken care of after a roller coaster of emotions! Gavin Dewing was always available and kept us updated with what was going on at all times throughout the whole process! It was a rough case but thanks to William Pender, Gavin Dewing and the team at CrossCountry Mortgage we got approved and closed on our house yesterday!!

  You will not regret going with Will as your loan agent. He is very professional, upfront, and just an all around great guy. I bought my first house with him in July and now my fiancée and I are both refinancing with him. My fiancée has had problems with her current loan company that I had never heard of because of the great job Will did upfront. Would give 10 stars if I could.
