  When everyone else said I couldn’t and I’d have to wait 4 more months , John Crivea and his team got it done ! I’m in my home before that 4 months was even up. Just ask for what he will charge for his fee up front so no there’s no sticker shock when you see what he gets LOL… but seriously he will get you your loan and in your home when he says , if he gives you a date that he can have the money , believe him! I appreciate everything him and his team did for me , and you will too ! Thank you ! The review is the least I can do.

  Absolutely the best team out there! Paul Oulette did an amazing job helping me buy my home! Crazy low rate of only 2.63 and quickest close turnaround I’ve ever heard of. Just 14 days and we were off to the races!! Can’t recommend First Home Equity enough!! You won’t find anyone better!!

  First home equity did an incredible job of getting an approval of a mortgage for us. I have multiple corporate entries and a previous mortgage broker did not have the ability to understand the interactions of the different entities!!! John took the time to understand and know how to present it to the mortgage company. He was able to get a timely approval and closing for us. The previous broker did not have the ability to understand how to present the application!!! I would highly recommend First home equity to anyone looking for a knowledgeable mortgage broker!!!

  I have to admit, I was skeptical at first going with a mortgage broker for my first home. John Crivea turned me into a believer in less than 30 days. We closed on time and we were blown away with the interest rate John locked in for us. I really appreciated working with somebody who was an advisor first and foremost instead of trying to bleed us out of every last dollar. John and his team are attentive and know finance and the stock market extremely well. Even in a busy market, John took the time to call and assuage any of our concerns as closing neared. Would 100% refer anybody in the market for a new house to John and the team over at First Home Equity Loans!

  I met Todd years ago when I thought I was ready to purchase a home but really I wasnt! I had such a great experience with being pre-qualified the first go round that I made sure to call First Home Equity when I was ready 5 years later. I was still given great service. This time I worked with Craig Fowler. He is one of the nicest, down to earth guy you will ever meet! I was pre-qualified and approved to purchase my home within one day! He helped with homeowners insurance and helped understand the home buying process. I would definitely recommend Craig if you are a 1st time home buyer.

  As most, I was nervous to do an equity line and refinance my home after being in it for 10 years! But Paul O. made it extremely easy and was very thorough in explaining each step along the way.
