  Cardinal financial has unparalleled staff, planning strategies, and resources. When I found my dream home for myself, my husband and my three beautiful children I thought it was going to be impossible to purchase due to several issues with my DTI, Cardinal took the time and effort to sit down with me, comprise a plan, and helped me execute that plan - today I write this review inside my dream home!! This is not just a financial lender - this is a family that will take the time and dedication to help finance your perfect home. They earned, without question, every star afforded in this review, I cannot thank them enough. I am continually grateful for them every time I turn that knob and key! Thank you Cardinal and a special thank you to Issac who really dedicated himself to every panic call and email, his patience really was and is a virtue!
