  Called with an issue on my account. Stay on hold FOR 2 HOURS. Then I finally got someone on the phone, and was Conveniently disconnected go figure. Dropped this company quick. If you can’t get a hold of them get out those are doing is taking your money

  Like many of the recent reviews: It’s a scam. Consider bankruptcy or negotiating the debt yourself! They lie during the sales talks, stating that they will settle everything for 50%, within months. A year later I am being sued because they haven’t settled. Instead they allow interest and fees to compound the problem so they can raise the monthly payment and their profits.

  I was very happy with with the service I received. They were always very helpful, respectful and kind. not once did I feel embarrassed or anything. I have no complaints and I even referred referred them to other people.

  ((PLEASE READ)) (( ALL THE ONE STAR REVIEWS IVE READ ON HERE ARE ACCURATE)) I started with ClearOne in late 2018. I was told to stop paying accounts that I was current on and that this would drop my credit score but that it was a means to an end. They calculated my debt and from that gave me a monthly payment. They were pleasant and reassuring. Once my creditors starting suing me ( roughly about 3 to 4 months later) I became concerned ( naturally) and started reaching out to ClearOne. This is where their spiel started to change. Now I started hearing things like " you can remove this account" and " we never guaranteed anything". So now that I've stopped paying these creditors (at their instruction) and they've decided to sue me, I'm told I can remove the account and deal with it myself....TRUE STORY. Currently I have been sued by four of my creditors ( in this program). I have had two judgements and my bank accounts garnished. At this point ClearOnes wonderful and caring associates advised me to completely withdraw from the programs file for bankruptcy. I have since terminated my contract. But in case you were worried, don't be. ClearOne got their fees..... Even for the accounts that weren't finished be paid. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for relief. This company will destroy you financially and wash their hands of you. As for the comment below from " the owner" ...if you're sorry then return the fees from the unpaid accounts so I can use it to actually pay off debt. I am a very unsatisfied customer. On a side note: when I spoke to one of their representatives and asked what their customer service policy was he stated and I quote " we don't have one". Food for thought

  We had a 740 credit, but got too enamored with the ease of credit. Went to Clear One. 1st interview they talked a great story how they could help. I asked 4 or 5 times how much do u charge for this service. Answer nothing until we get the account settled. Again I asked, same answer. Well after them taking $450.00 a month for 7 months. Low & behold they reached a settlement. They charge 25% Of the original debt NOT THE SETTLEMENT PRICE. Plus they hold that $ & pay themselves 1st & send a minimum amt. to the creditor. THEY ARE LYING NO GOOD THIEVES. They take advantage of people who are trying to do right. I'd like to say alot of cuss words but I don't want to offend the decent people who are reading this

  I signed up 7 months ago with Clear One Advantage. I have noticed my credit move up ever since. At first, I was worried about signing up because of the reviews, but the rep gave me some time to think about it. They never pressured me into signing up like other debt relief companies. Thank you Clear One for giving me a little bit of peace. Keep up the hard work 😀

  Honestly Freedom debt relief if the company to go through. I’m only $6,660 in debt and they have me down for $12,000. HOW DOES THAT WORK?! If I could choose 0 stars I would! I was unemployed before the COVID-19 pandemic started. I had called and skipped my payments, the man that I talked to told me (In a recorded line) I can skip two months but if I did 3 it would opt me out of the automatic drafts and put a stop on my settlements and I’d have to call back to re-enroll, I did not do so bc I didn’t have the extra income for it. They pulled a draft without my consent and authorization on 4-28-2020, i called to try and get it back. I told the lady they were gonna put my bank account in the negatives And asked to get it refunded, all they cared about was getting there money and screwing me over any way they found possible. 1st it was for arrears then it was gonna go toward me to opt out completely I had to pay almost 1,000$ to them. And the lady told me she would continue to process the automatic drafts. Freedom debt relief was not this ignorant and selfish, I should have stayed with them!

  Terrible service. They take your payments like clock work but they don't give your money back quickly at all when you want to cancel. Your creditors will call you non-stop, your credit score will dramatically drop, and if you email or call to try to find out if anything is being done you get no response. I called to cancel 2 days ago and still no one has begun to cancel my program. Complete waste of money that I will never get back and my credit score has dropped over 60 points. Only one of my creditors was paid off. There are much better companies and their customer service is better than this company's.

  So... I signed up one year ago was paying $401 a month had 9 accounts to be settled..... made extra payment to settle faster!!! Mind you they tell you to change you bank account not pay don’t speak to the credit card companies super shady!! So I cancelled and now they are saying that they settled 4 accounts which is not true!!! And they keep throw me around was never able to speak to a team leader or a Manager they speak to you very condescending also they do t tell you that the don’t have good relationships with the creditors so they can’t settle and the are not attorneys and the act like one my advise is to make a complaint with BBB AND FILE A COMPLAIN WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL!!!! This company need to stop practicing!!! I am waiting for the paperwork to take it to an attorney because I feel robbed!!!! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
