  Ayaz is the best lender you will ever have! My husband and I worked with him on our original mortgage and 2 refinances. Without Ayaz, we would not have been able to purchase our dream home. We trust Ayaz completely and when we wanted to do our second refinance for a shorter term and lower interest, he told me to wait 1-1.5 months since he thought the interest rate would drop a lot, and he wanted to make sure we got the best rate. I trusted him and took his advice and he called me in just over a month and got us the lowest interest rate he had ever seen at 2.75% for a 15yr mortgage. He called me 30min after he saw this rate drop so we could lock in this rate. Ayaz was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and answered my ridiculous amount of questions about every number that was included in the mortgage process and refinance. I recommended him to my mom to refinance her mortgage and she was also able to lock in the 2.75% for 15 years. Thank you so much again Ayaz for all of your continued help!

  Worked with Ayaz on a refinance of our 30 year mortgage down to a 20 year and had a great experience. Ayaz worked with us answering all our questions, and laid out several options for us. Ayaz initially took our info and then called us when market conditions were perfect for our situation. Ayaz and his team were easy to get a hold of and the process was straight forward with their app.
