  The Atwood Team is on the ball and they are the ones you want working on your sale or purchase. Tom handled the sale of our condo and Mary handled the hunt for another place, but they were obviously in tune with the status of either place because I could talk to either of them on each. They have an entire team that takes care of the specialty areas in the business side of real estate so things happen pretty efficiently. Tom is very good at handling sensitive interactions with finicky buyers, and Mary is always on top of every little detail and will take action on your behalf. When I described what we had in mind in a new place, Tom really had a handle on what we were looking for right from the start and related that understanding to Mary very well. The entire Atwood team did a fantastic job of co-coordinating 2 settlements in one day all the while working with the lender and the other buyer and seller.

  I'm a real-estate professional and I normally buy and sell without a realtor. Tom came to me with a plan and a proposal using his network and his excellent team including Rachel Henry and Andrew Cornue and basically made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Then they quickly executed and delivered well beyond my expectations, selling the condo I controlled (as an estate executor) for almost 15% more ($30,000) than I originally listed the property for. I would not hesitate to use them again and enthusiastically recommend them to anybody buying or selling a home.

  Everyone with the Atwood Team of Keller Williams was great to work with! Each one of them made the process of selling our home stress free from the initial meeting to what would be helpful to those individuals walking through our home as a potential buyer. Amazing job with the video and photos of our home! Our house was sold within 30 days from when it went on the market. Could not of picked a better group of individuals to work with!

  I live in CA and was looking to purchase a property in MD. I started out with an agent from another company and was totally disappointed.   I worked with Tom Atwood of The Atwood team as the Loan Officer for the buyer on a purchase that closed today. It was a tricky transaction to facilitate because Tom and his team had to work with a relocation company since the seller had already moved. He and his team were helpful in getting the deal closed on time, and responded promptly whenever I needed something. I pride myself on providing an excellent experience not only to my clients getting the mortgage, but also to all involved. Tom and his team made sure that my experience was also smooth.   We first used the Atwood team in 2010 to sell our townhouse in Baltimore and buy our current residence in Columbia MD. We had such a good experience that when we decided to sell our Baltimore rental house we didn't even think of going to anyone else. Well they got our house under contract in only a couple of weeks and for more than we asked. I would highly recommend the Atwood team to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house.

  I can't say enough about the support I received from Agent, Lisa Hajj, at the Atwood Team/Keller Williams Metropolitan. She along with the Lender at SWMC (Chris) provided excellent guidance and care during the buying and selling process. Chris was the ultimate professional, staying in constant touch with me along the way, focused on how best to address my needs, and willing to adjust when necessary.   Rachel Henry and Lisa Hajj - are the absolute BEST! Lisa is our realtor - who was always positive, and guided us through the process with a smile.
