  I worked with capladder through his iso development Network that he provides for brokering of Merchant cash advance deals. I have all of the legal documentation as a partner and closed a deal in which commission would be paid half upfront and half when it was paid off. Capladder did not reach out after the final payment and we contacted the owner Luis Hernandez as we keep track of our clients. Luis did not respond at first but we did get confirmation of the last commission payment from the direct lender. After presenting that we knew the last commission payment was paid, Luis contacted us back and told us he would pay the commissions to give him time. It’s been weeks and he has not responded. We are out of commission as we were conned by another MCA company with fake promises. They take ISOs and use people and don’t pay out commissions.
