      I was here to do an emergency wire transfer and unfortunately the individual who attended me did not want to help me find an information that was accessible on the Internet, he told me "call Wells Fargo, they'll give it to you but do it before we close" and it was 4:55 p.m, when he could have done it for me. So my family member had to wait another day to get the money only bcuz he wasn't willing to provide me with customer satisfaction. Some people just don't have the heart to help others unconditionally and willingly. I'm not coming to this bank anymore but won't disclose his name either.

      This is the worse bank ever, I have no idea how my brother has an account here. The most incompetent people in this bank. Cheap and always giving you excuses to not remove money.

      Time to find another bank. I've been with regions for 15 years. My loyalty and patience has run thin. I'm very non-confrontational, but the communication is beyond trash! Instead of trying to help a long time customer, they make drastic decisions without warning you why they do things, like freeze your account. Then they send you the run around till your brain explodes. Its insane to me that Customer Support doesn't even have the access and/or answers to certain problems either.

      This branch is so bad that I decided to switch banks Update: Since the complaint, this bank manually froze my account with a cyber security claim. They said I failed a security test which I never took. Be very careful banking with regions. Thankfully I was able to move most of my money.

      TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! There was only 1 person on teller line. Everything was close, drive thru was close !

      This branch is the worst when having to deal with customers. Drive-thru doesn’t take customers in order of arrival Let the tubes sit in front of them while they cater to people they know that drive up even when your tube was delivered before they got there. Went in to open a business account and was given all wrong information regarding requirements for opening the account. I couldn’t believe what all the reps were telling me so I went to a different branch and was immediately helped to open the account on the spot. This branch should probably be closed as even the bank officers don’t know the proper procedures and requirements for opening the different types of accounts. Was told I had to have every owner, director, board member, and officer of my company at the bank all together to open the account. Even though none of them would be listed on the account or allowed to write checks or have any access to the business account. What????? If you have a regions account, avoid this branch if at all possible.

      ATM at this location just not able to complete deposits, Branch is aware I personally requested . The closest branch is by 167th street and at this location they don’t have an ATM. In another words we cannot deposit cash! Come on!

      I brought personal and business banking to this branch and bank. When I had a fraud issue on my debit card the bank didnt protect my interests and some of the management treated me with open antisemitism and my branch manager didnt even fight for me. I have filed a complaint with their federal regulator and will be notifying social media.
