  Called 800# no answer said 60 min hold. Called local phone rang for 5 min then they hung up. Terrible svc.

  Manager was profiling me and I refuse to sign two times and I mentioned he trying to robbed me because he froze my account because a stupid signature and the other manager him from attacking me. This happened 3/22/2021 3:30pm 1576 NE 163 north miamibeach; the manager is black mentioned his color just to describe him; i'm black also so I don't want you to think is a race thing on my behalf.

  I visited this branch recently and everyone was so nice. I have never had a bad experience here. The manager was so accommodating as well as the teller line.

  I opened my account today with Maria Karla. She was really helpful. We made the appointment 2 days ago, she called me to confirm and today she was there waiting for me. She answered all my questions and explained everything that I needed to know. Karla is a really good associate and make us feel confortable in SunTrust Bank. Thank you.

  I have an account with this bank I took my tax return to get cashed and they said they couldn’t cash my check because I needed the amount of the check in my account and that makes absolutely no sense at all .. I no longer bank with them..

  Words can't describe how bad the "customer service" is here. No doubt the cavalier attitude toward helping customers is a direct reflection of poor leadership. There is an extremely toxic culture in this place. Do yourself a favor and go to Chase, TD Bank, or Bank of America, which are all a block away.

  Beautiful woman got my account opened quickly and was confident in her company. And gave me reasons to be proud. I go in for my deposits. Get a hello from beautiful. I leave happy. Being acknowled in a business is important. Suntrust did .

  this is the worst suntrust branch I have ever been to... the employees are mean, and there was a lady that was rude and has no sense of costumer service assistance... she was talking to me like she is in rush and have a line of people waiting, even thought I was the only one over there. i have a bank account with suntrust for over 3years now, and just because of this branch Im really thinking about changing it... I have tried south beach branch for a couple of times and its 10 times better...and each time I go to BofA or Chase in the same area I feel a huge difference ...
