  Pro 1 Processing is the worst mortgage company I have ever worked for in my 15 + career in the mortgage industry. The owner and her cousin run the company and her cousin, we'll call her Harmonica; was a liar from the start. Before I even started, she would set up appointments w/ me and would not call me at the time of the calendar event. She did this to numerous people, including mortgage companies who wanted to do business with them. They have an up-front submissions team that submits their loans to underwriting so the processor doesn't even get the file until it's been underwritten. There are so many problems this causes it is beyond my imagination why the processor is not allowed to actually vet the file prior to submitting the file to underwriting. They refuse to pay money on loans you have closed, which is a mere $300/file with no base salary and you are a contract employee so you have to leave out funds for taxes. This company is unethical and do not trust what any person working there says. Go to another 3rd party processing company because there are a ton of them out there that are great companies that don't lie, cheat and steal.

  What a great experience. I would recommend Pro 1 for anyone needing mortgage processing services. The team works together, follows up (which is rare these days) and all expectations were met in a timely manner. Great Job Pro 1.

  If I could give it a zero I would!!! Literally the worst experience of my life! They’ll tell you you’re approved up until it’s too late and you lose your deposit!!!
