  Benjamin Blackburn here. I never really write reviews for title companies, but this is WELL deserved. Hands down, This is the BEST title company I’ve ever worked with period. I’ve been in business for 5 years now and we’ve done over 50 deals with them and have never had any issues what so ever. Being a local investor, we need transactions closed quickly, efficiently and seamlessly & they have checked all of those boxes. Kasie, Kenni, Miranda, Terry etc… are always there to help and go the extra mile with communicate (which is important to me). If you need a legit title companies to handle your files reach out to them directly snd let them know Ben sent you!

  I've never had to write a bad review about a title company but this is well deserved. This is the worst title company I've ever worked with in my 6 years of being in Business. I received a free & clear title a week and a half ago. I've been having to send 4-5 emails and multiple calls in order to schedule a closing date but I've yet to receive any call back or even an email back. I will be filing a complaint with Corporate as well. Their reason for not being responsive was that they are too busy and that they have too many closings going on. I had to transfer multiple files over to another title company due to this unprofessional way of doing this. I will never be using this office again and will also be leaving negative reviews on multiple websites.

  Do not use this title company! It was a nightmare experience. This title company did not do their basic "closing" work. We purchased a home and the seller was behind in paying his school, property and MUD taxes. I received notice from the county that back taxes were owed after we moved in, immediately called the title company and they admitted the mistake and said they would handle it. They didn't! Two months later, we were sued by Harris County. Yes, a constable knocked at our door with lawsuit, all because Capital title company did not handle the closing properly! In addition, the people there were rude and unprofessional and passed the buck. It took me exactly one YEAR of countless hours of phone calls, emails, letters and providing copies of paperwork to finally get this title company to pay the previous owners back taxes and resolve the matter. I have never left a review for any business but felt like I needed to warn others of the incompetence displayed by Capital Title. I urge you to go elsewhere.

  There are many Capital Title offices in the Houston area. Crystal Williamson and her staff at the Cypress office are amazing! They communicate quickly with the agents and the clients. The knowledge of the people who work there is far above other offices. I highly recommend them.

  My experience with Capital Title was great. I'm an investor who uses title companies often and with this location there were no delays, I was kept updated on the progress, any documents needed I sent and they acknowledged receiving it. I will be using this location again when given the choice.

  Marcy and her team are awesome! Highly recommend them for all your title needs. As a Loan Officer, I work with many different title companies, but if I had my choice, I would work with them on every transaction.
