  We just closed today and I can't say enough good things about C&T, and especially Stephanie. She guided us through everything and made the whole process efficient and painless. She was there every step of the way to answer any questions and deal with any issues and kept the whole process very transparent. We went through several offers and several changes and she was always there and always available for whatever we needed. If you are going to go through the home buying process, you definitely want a professional like Stephanie and a company like C&T in your corner!

  Kelly Chavez with C & T Mortgage is absolutely the best! I have never in my life had the kind of experience purchasing a home like I have going through this process with C & T Mortgage. It was the most stress FREE process.   ASK FOR CARRIE!!! Carrie was recommended to us by our realtor. As first time home buyers, my wife and I went into the process pretty clueless. From the beginning Carrie was very generous with her time, willing to meet whenever worked best for us. Once we sat down with her, she explained everything thoroughly, always making sure we understood each step. Once we got further in the process, we had questions come up all the time. Whenever we gave her a call or sent an email we always got a response right away. If you want someone who truly understands what she is doing and has the best customer service skills, you cannot go wrong with Carrie.

  Janelle Viscomi was the Lady that helped us purchase our home. She went above and beyond to help us. Always very nice and helpful. And returned phone calls and texts in a timely manner. She took time to explain everything. And she made the process feel very comfortable.

  I am so glad I didn't have a large bank or broker handle my initial mortgage. C&T Mortgage was very professional throughout the entire process. Tami was great and very accessible. She was always a phone call or email away. I didn't have to deal with the problems I often encounter with other organizations (Miscommunication, delays, lost documents, untrained agents, etc). This was never a problem with C&T mortgage. They explained the pros and cons of different mortgage terms and worked to get me the best rates. I was always dealing with one person or her assistants when she wasn't available. Documents were always handled quick and efficiently in a timely manner. Calls were always handled personally. If there was an issue or if something needed to be handled, a simple phone call or email was all that was needed. Turnaround was always fast. I am very pleased with them and highly recommend.

  This is the second mortgage Carrie has helped my family with. I hope we do not need a third but there is absolutely no doubt who we will use. Carrie does everything she promises. She always keeps up to date with the process and will answer any call, text or e-mail in a rapid fashion. I could not give Carrie a higher recommendation. I think she is the absolute best.
