      We used to go to Cape Jewelry & Pawn forever thinking we were getting the best option for our pawn that we always picked up and one day I had no choice but to come to Capital with our tv’s CP&J would only give $30 for. Capital helped us out of a bad situation and loaned us twice what CJ&P did at the same buy back with no question. They get 5 stars and we get to deal with a Mngr Rep who is super cute!
