She was very helpful and strongly recommend to use this Wells Fargo location for your in-person banking needs. Ask for Christine.

I enjoy that Wells Fargo has bankers standing in the front to greet you. This wells fargo from what I can see is very well ran. I would do my banking here consistently if I lived in Cape Coral full time. Very pleasant and speedy experience.

nancyjo kissil5I have been using Wells Fargo for over 20 years- I usually have Carlos Rojas help me. He is an exemplary employee !! Customer service is the best- professional also. In fact, everyone in this branch has always been great. I will continue to use this bank!!

Medinet Lazo1The worse branch ever!!!! They tell you that an appointment is required, but when you arrive at your appointment time you need to wait for a long period of time. They don’t value your time, that is disrespectful!!! Why to schedule an appointment? I don’t recommend this branch!

Peter Veilleux5Helen was a friend of mine. I had met her out dancing. She was always laughing and having a great time. She was an older lady but she had a great deal of energy. Helen loved everyone. She would always tell me this story over and over about how Wells Fargo had saved her family. Helen said that Wells Fargo had stepped in and helped her family when no one else would. She always wanted to thank them but didn't know how. Helen wanted to send a letter or go in and speak to the manager. I found out recently that helen had passed away. She and I had laughed about me standing on the side of the road holding a sign telling her story. So here I am. Wells Fargo, Helen says thank you!!😍😍

Hayley Love1This is now the second time that I have went to this location and they are just closed for absolutely no reason no note on the door no note on any of the windows or in the drive-through at all. If you plan on closing early or closing for the entire day then a note needs to be put on the door, drive-through or even any of the windows so people don’t waste their time.

Karin Randall1Beware of their deceitful ways. Went in for a cashiers check and printouts of statements needed for a home loan. Was offered a credit line, said no thanks, I'm in the process of getting a home loan, can not change anything with my credit now. Was asked to verify my mothers maiden name for "security purposes" got handed my cashiers check and statement prinouts and left. Later that evening I'm checking my balance online and notice there's a new credit line linked to my account. Called the branch manager the following day and she proceeded to tell me it was my fault I didn't read it on a sheet of paper in the stack that was handed to me... No lady, when you say do I want a credit line and I say no I'm buying a house, there's no room for misinterpretation there. That is unacceptable, I don't know what contest you all have going to see who can sign the most people up for credit cards but I'm not participating! She says we will simply close the account, I said yes you will because it wasn't authorized to begin with and if this impedes purchasing my home you better believe I'll be back. Fortunately, I got my house, but they are still total D-bags who should not be trusted.

Eric Swanson5Just visited Coralwood Branch Office with my College bound son to open up a checking and saving account through Personal Banker, Carlos Rojas. I called ahead to get a general appointment with Carlos, because of my great prior experience with him and my daughter. Carlos was very thorough and efficient in getting my son his accounts and describing all the details . Last year my daughter began a new job and needed an account for her pay check. We met Carlos at that point. He was outstanding in covering every aspect of banking needs. My daughter learned a lot about banking through Carlo's detailed descriptions. She is doing very well and plans on meeting with Carlos soon to apply for a credit card next. I go to this Branch , because of Carlos Rojas outstanding service!

Scott Davis1I asked for a replacement card for a damaged card here. My card was listed as compromised instead of damaged and my card was cancelled. This turned into a whole list of problems and phone calls for me including, taking all my groceries back at the store when my card was declined, to filing a claim on a deposit returned to my cancelled card. Do not ever go here for any reason. No drive thru ATM

Shay A.1The worst customer service I've ever experienced! I had to make two trips and even after coming back to fix the issue the second time it still wasn't resolved because the teller couldn't realize that he was wrong and was extremely unwilling to listen to what I was telling him. I ended up having to go to another branch farther from my location to get help with my situation which was then resolved. I will NOT be going back to this bank.
