  This company scammed me out of $260. After I cancelled my contract and the stated they would refund my money they never did. I signed up with them and later I wanted to cancel, I called several times and no one answered the phone during business hours., so I cancelled my payment, as I was getting charged from two companies for my student loan. Once I cancelled payment they were all too quick to call me back, then I told to cancel the contract. I called my credit card company to reverse the charge and SLD sent them proof of our contract after it was cancelled. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. PS. I told you if I don't get my money back I was going to write up nasty reviews so I guess you didn't heed my warnings!

  They contacted me about consolidating my student loan. Sent a contract and didn't hear back for several months. I noticed they were charging me a monthly fee the week after signing the contract. I contacted them to find out about how to start making payments and information on my loan as it was still listed under my other loan provider. They told me to review my contract. No information about payments but continued to draw the service fee. Still couldn't get anyone to contact me. Finally I stopped my payment method and requested a refund. Have yet to hear responses from text, email, or phone. I've called multiple contacts that they have "listed" as specialists in my account. VERY DISSATISFIED! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

  This program started out good, but as I stayed in the program for over 4 or 5 years, the communication went down. All listed numbers are no longer working, the people I was working with do not return messages, via email or otherwise. Jose Coto , nowhere to be found. These people came into my job and laid out this program, but now nowhere to be found. In Miami lakes or Hialeah. My status is up in the air. I would not recommend

  I cannot believe this happened but I was scammed and I consider myself incredibly savvy. I went to their website and it was completely different than it was a month ago and my "servicers" # and their main number are now out of oder. I will be reporting Mark Hudson and SLD solutions!

  This company has been an extreme help for me with my student loans. Joe has been the guy that has been so very responsive and helpful!! Such great customer service and quality. He’s so very personable and makes me feel secure that my loans are very well taken care of. I don’t know what I would have done without SLD and Joe. What a great company and what a great guy to deal with!! Extremely satisfied customer and I recommended SLD 200%!!!!

  My experience with SLD Solutions was great! They are very professional and gave great customer service. Joe helped me out a lot, and I can tell he really wanted to help me. It was a quick and easy process. Now my loans are consolidated and my payments are affordable. I highly recommend them to my friends, family, and coworkers.

  Joe is really, a class act. His attention to detail and care for the customer is a breath of fresh air. I first had SLD solutions handle my student loan situation. Up to now, i have not had to worry about anything. They have handled everything and given me an awesome monthly payment. Needles to say what a relief this has been. Secondly, Joe set me up with a life insurance policy that is going to make my future bright! It is comforting to know that my retirement will be peaceful and financially secure. I have trusted Joe with two very big things, and so far, he has delivered in attention, professionalism, and most of all, trust. That’s why i call him Joe Future! Go with them.   For years I was dreading dealing with my defaulted school loans. During the pandemic I took the time to contact SLD Solutions which I was referred to through my school email. I am so glad I did! Joe was very professional and very responsive to my situation. He was able to consolidate my loans (with a significantly lower payment) and get them out of default which I thought would be near impossible! With that said, not only am I able to apply for loan forgiveness but the stress and worry of it all is completely on SLD Solutions! Thank you Joe and SLD Solutions! You Rock!
