  Traci made the whole mortgage process seamless and painless. Each time she sent an update, she provided a clear video explanation of what was coming in the next steps and answered all of our questions before they even arose. She is kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the process. And she went above and beyond to make us feel like she valued us as customers.   I have to say I was overwhelmed with getting My home refinance process started. I say that because there’s so much information out there it’s just confusing. Traci was recommended to me as I was trying to do something totally different. She made this process seamless! There was always communication; even when she was on vacation via text or email. She did everything she needed to do to get me the best/lowest rate! She also does all the late work! If you’re looking for someone to help with your home refinancing or your home financing needs, Traci is the BEST!!!!

The way she went through the various loans through the virtual mortgage builder was fantastic and easy to follow. Not once I given a “run around” on hidden fees or cost.
