  Capital Mortgage Solutions has helped us acquire our financing for our last 2 home purchases over the last 5 years. Both experiences were consistently great. Ben and his team are very knowledgeable in the industry and if they can't answer a question they are quick to go out of their way to find out for you. Can't say enough great things about this company and happy to say we will never have to look elsewhere for any of our home mortgage needs. We recommended them to some of our best friends who recently purchased a home who are a little tougher to please and they too were super thankful they used CMS. Fast quality service with access to very competitive rates.

  Candice and Ben were very thorough and answered all my questions. I was a first time home buyer and the process was all new to me so they held my hand through the entire process and made sure I was comfortable with everything.   We had a great experience with Ben and Will. Ben did a great job with explaining what the fees were and walk us thru the process of how the refinance will go. Will made it easy for us to send over everything to him and walked us thru the process what the lender would need from us. Signing the docs that Will need was easily done thru Docusign. As for the closing of the loan, an attorney was sent to our house and we signed the required docs. We highly recommend Ben and the rest of the team of Capital Mortgage Solutions. Capital Mortgage Solutions had the cheapest fees compare to other mortgage brokers. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

  Ben, Will and the entire team at Capital Mortgage Solutions are all amazing to work with. They keep you in the loop the entire time and really keep things as simple as possible. I'd recommend them for any needs you have when buying or refinancing a home. BTW they value veterans and really know how to navigate a VA loan. Stay local and trust you won't regret it.

  I loved the personal, local touch from working with Ben. Ben spent almost 2 hours on the phone with me qualifying our needs to make sure we found the right re-fi for us. He fully explained all the steps and exactly what to expect. Once the process started, the portal was extremely easy to use, upload documents and kept us informed every step of the way. It was nice to work with a professional, small, tech savvy company that quickly and efficiently met our needs.

  Quick and painless! Great people, they respond to questions right away, and get you the best rate! Edit: I've dealt with them (Ben/Candice/Will) a few more times now since my last review, and if I could add a 6th star I would. I refinanced with them twice, and just recently bought a house. They can't possibly make it any easier on you, if you just do what they tell you to do with all the paperwork, you will definitely close on time! Heck, Candice knew my wife was pregnant even before my family knew just so I could explain to her why I had to sell the house that I just refinanced...and she kept the secret! I mean...that's not even in the job description! Thanks again! And if these rates somehow get lower, you'll be hearing from me before you know it :)
