  Guy tried to literally fight me over the phone. Then calls me from another line to continue arguing. Absolutely ridiculous. When someone steals your property and your checking around pawn shops, maybe not try to start an argument. Or try to threaten someone who swings a sledgehammer and packs iron for a living. Just sayin. Edit: phone calls to wrong person..? It was your employee. He hung up the phone, dialed my number from his personal and tried to puff his chest at me.. And this isn't some illogical, emotional based rant. I was polite and offered to pay for YOUR loss to recover my stolen items. How many other patrons do that? You seem to have some high reviews, so that's great! I didn't.. I had a guy try to fight me over the phone. Ridiculous. Your response was to deflect, not apologize. Doesn't look good. I mean, it's a pawn shop for god's sake.. but if ever, for some strange life reason happen to come across your shop, maybe I'll edit again. Good day sir

  It was a great experience . Great service. I was able to pawn stuff and I got a great deal on my gold and electronics . They offered me far more money than EasyPawn and any other pawn shops arround. Montbellos Pawn is now my pawnshop and I will go nowhere else .

  Originally found these guys through a Craigslist ad for tools. Made the 1hr drive to check out a couple in person and was very pleasantly surprised by the tool selection! Lots of power tools, cordless battery sets (Good stuff and not junk: Milwaukee, Makita, DeWault, etc.), and even some air tools. Tried to trade in some used jewelry and Monty was pretty up front and clear why he wasn't interested, I appreciated his explanation and it seemed very fair and honest. Finally decided to purchase a contractor type saw and after haggling for a few minutes came to a price we both agreed on. After the transaction, my two girls walked out with suckers and they even loaded up the saw in my vehicle! Pawn shops get a bad rap sometimes by stereotype, but these guys were great to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for tools new or used. Also had a good selection of tablets, iPads, TVs, etc.

  Great service. The guys went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and showed their appreciation for my buisness. Helped me find what i was looking for and were very accomodating. Will definitely be coming back👍

  Walked in with old barbie dolls and snuff bottles. They were very informative and had no problem explaining why some were more valuable than others. Very honest people. Would definitely recommend them.
