Adrian Lopez1I had documents to sign for an auto loan. Could only go in person to sign. No electronic signatures. Which is fine. Went in and was told I would probably be waiting 5 minutes or so. I instead waited 2 hours to be seen, and with no valid reason other that they were super busy. Plenty of staff, many of who were doing nothing and lot of the male employees seem to conversing and having a good time with each other in the managers office. People waiting before me were waiting much longer. I asked if this happens a lot, and the receptionist apologized but gave me a little nod. Very frustrating as I was finally called it took 2 minutes to get everything signed.

Shahrukh Suleman2If you visit the credit union for loan, make sure you have plenty of time at your disposal. You'll be sitting there for a while. It is almost impossible to reach them by phone. First, the IVR does not let you get connected with someone. If you choose dial by name option, I have never had anyone answer the phone. I just have a question about the loan. I think I have to choose a place where people take their customers and their work seriously. Totally disappointed.

Erwin One1I had 2 prior incidents where the credit union linked my account with my daughter account. Therefore, upon the first one my daughter and I went to the branch to discuss the issue. During the conversation a separate account was established for her. The branch continued to link the accounts and caused a 9,000 lost

They dont even have bankers on a busy Saturday morning, I went to open a new credit builder loan and after 2 hours of waiting and signing closing documents, next they called me I had to go back and do all the process again. Another 2 hours waiting time. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. If you have time to be seating and waiting 2+Hours go and join this getto bank. GETTO

Nichole Sapp2Had to leave this credit union. They kept declining my transactions at a grocery store, despite the fact that I go there at least 2x a month. Whenever they did, I was stuck using my credit card. Now, that's not the worst thing in the world, but what if I didn't have a credit card...Not only would I be embarrassed, I would have to leave with no groceries. Every time, without fail, a voicemail would pop up minutes later, when I'm already gone from the store, asking me to verify transactions. I had money in my account, yet they always kept doing this. They claim its for your safety, but its only to cover their own a**. I would not recommend this credit union, unless you want this headache. I should have followed my family members lead years ago when they left fitz for a bank.

Makenna Armstrong1I would give 0 stars if it were an option. I have been with the credit union for years, and am looking to switch ASAP. Not only are they terrible at getting back to people who are applying, the customer service agents are always rude. Any time I have an issue that they caused, I get belittled, and the blame falls on me which I always fight, and then come to some agreement. It’s completely ridiculous. No one should have to jump through so many hoops just to get quality service. On another note, my fiancée has a loan with them, which he has been paying, but because they screwed up something on their end, hasn’t been paid. I went up to make a payment and the risk mitigation officer I met with, Catherine Larson, was extremely rude. She followed me out to me vehicle as if I were some criminal. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I want to see this place shut down because this is absolutely ridiculous what I’ve been through with them.

Oblyvaeon1Went to this place for a car loan and the customer service is awful. By far the worst experience I've ever had. it took an hour for me to talk with anyone over the phone. I had to wait several times over a few days for someone to call me back and when I finally spoke with someone they told me 3 different interest rates. Go with Bellco credit union I applied and was approved for a loan of the same amount at a lower interest rate the same day. Bellco is quick and extremely friendly.

Jyleo Buckmon1I applied for a loan with them and I got Laura as my loan officer. If you get her you’ll get the worst experience going through a loan application. She makes the process too long. She don’t ever call back I’m going into my third week of this process and it usually takes 2 days at the most. Brenda is terrible and if she your banker she just there for the pay check and don’t care nothing about what you trying to get done. I’ve had the worst experience with this credit union trying to purchase a vehicle and I would not recommend this CU at all.

Dejane Jones1I’ve had this credit Union for 10 years. There have been tremendous changes within these last couple of years this institution has went completely down hill. You can never reach a call center representative hold is longer than 30 min and it is still never answered it’s bad enough that the two branch locations are not placed very conviently and you can’t reach anyone at the branch. The process of everything is so SLOW!!! I am highly considering switching to another Credit Union internal businesss is affecting members

Cheryl Smith5I have been with the credit union forever. I have worked very closely with Shannon Bentley and must say it's been the best experience I have had working with a bank. She has been extremely helpful with all my questions and needs throughout the years she has been working at the credit union. I can't say enough about her expertise, kindness, knowledge and very polite mannerism. I too have been in the banking industry for over 15 years and can say during all my time working in this type of environment, have never met anyone quite like Shannon. She really enjoys working with people and it shows each and every transaction I have with her either on the telephone or over email. She's always quick to take care of my issues or concerns and has been a joy to work with. I hope you keep her happy because I have never seen anyone who enjoys their job as much as she does. She is a keeper for sure.
