Blake Swain5Love this Bank. Sandra helped me reopen an old account and she was precise with answering any questions I had within the process. I was in and out. Then the boss came out and they had a little laugh.. great to see smiles after what we’ve been through with this pandemic. Great Service and Great Staff.

The call center was Nightmare so I decided to go into the branch the tellers all seem sad and not happy But Sandra. She helped me with every concern and process with creating my daughter's account. We laughed. She was very relatable and had alot of positive energy. Thank you SANDRA GARCIA. I APPRECIATE YOU ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Victorieux Gabell1I came to the branch to make a large deposit, I discover that my account was overdrawn. Since I couldn't access my account as I was blocked for entering a wrong password I guess, because of that I was not aware of my account being overdrawn. Then a new branch customer service welcome me and submit a request for a Manager to review how to reverse those fees( 4 fees were charged). I show up later on with another large deposit and I asked this new customer service if she was able to do the reverse fees, then another mean lady said yes I did reverse two. As a customer it was my right to ask why only two? Because I asked why, found away to start arguing with me, very unprofessional. She reply, it is a one time courtesy if you do not like then I will go ahead and reverse only one. She started arguing with me, even when I tried to get away. She keep asking do you want me to gohead reverse only one????? She repeatedly said. Tell me < she can go back and reverse only one> and kept arguing with me. I came in with a $20.000 cashier check, had to take to a different bank. Wonder may be because I am black that I deserve to be treated like that or it just this bank's way to threat people. Extremely unprofessional.

Jay Davis1Horrible experience! Poor communication! And I was flat out lied to my face by an employee named Barb. Supervisor (Tanika or Tameka) on shift totally ignored that I had a concern. I've been a member here for 16 years, doubt it'll be this way for long with the new Bellco Credit Union in the area

K. Miller1This is the WORST bank. Unfortunately it is the only service center for my bank. The lines are always long. Normally only one teller, and on a Friday? Come on now, you know people get paid on Friday. Plus I always have issues getting my money, teller doesn't enter my bank information correctly ect. Sat at the teller for 15 min.only for them to tell me there was a restriction on my acct, to call my bank. Did that and of course no restrictions. So I go IN, and they say the same thing. Come to find out both women ENTERED THE WRONG BANK ACCT NUMBER. You work in a BANK, you really should be better with numbers. Stop wasting people's time.

Peggy Mendez5used this bank for my shared branching with Public Service. A teller named Monique helped me. She was very quick and polite. I recommend this credit union all the employees give great service. They even held the door for me!

Maddison Moore4Bittersweet with this specific location. There are only a few people who seem to actually be working. Even more worrying after I went to this branch I was tested positive for COVID. imo they should be closed down and take the time to hire more employees. When I do get helped its a very pleasant and quick experience. One of the tellers there is so sweet it almost brightens my day to see her! I do my shared banking at this location because its right by my work. Overall good experience. I would recommend coming here for shared banking

Patrick Morris Sr1This is the absolute worst bank and customer service I've ever experienced. They treat you like you aren't worthy of assistance and they don't appreciate the urgency or importance of your situation. All you get is empty apologies and talked down. As soon as my settlement comes through, I will be taking my 7 figures and my business elsewhere.
