  Tricia was forthcoming and explained things very clearly to me. Ultimately, she gave me the best deal out of multiple lenders. Also, we closed on time (in a short time period).   Tricia was an awesome help at a time when another company refused to give me a refinance -- all because my daughter and son-in-law, living in the house, were doing a home business. She was quick, efficient, very encouraging about the refi process, and most of all very friendly! I definitely would recommend her to anyone needing help with a refi or a new loan.

  Tricia and Nikki of Lending Maven Mortgage are incredible to work with! I definitely had some challenges throughout my loan process, and they met those challenges head on and easily overcame them for me. I waited nearly an extra week after Inspection Resolution to decide to move forward, which pushed back my appraisal. This was also over Christmas AND the New Year, and Lending Maven was still able to get my appraisal in and loan closed with those delays. Nikki was in communication with me about important details on both Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve - talk about dedication! I can't thank you both enough, from the Buyer perspective and the Agent perspective. I would definitely recommend Lending Maven to anybody in need of a residential loan!

  My boyfriend and I worked with Tricia and Nikki from Lending Maven Mortgage. They both made the process smooth and easy. They made sure we had all the things we needed, and did a great time of reminding us if we had forgotten something. My boyfriend are both extremely busy, for them to reach out, and make sure we are gotten a hold of means a lot to us. We tend forget things because we are so busy. I also loved easy and outgoing Tricia and Nikki both were during the whole process. They're real people that actually care about you and are going to make sure they have your safety and needs in their best interest. Our loan closed on time Tricia even showed up to the closing to meet with us and be there for us incase we had any problems. I've actually never heard of a lender showing up the closings before. It meant a lot to us that she was there. We are so grateful we chose Lenden Maven Mortgage to work with. We were referred by our Realtor who also really knows her stuff. We got extremely lucky with the whole process. If you're considering having your home loan through, Lending Maven Mortgage, you should just do it.   We shopped around a lot of lenders before Tricia and her team gave us a quote. We would've saved a lot of time going to her first! They had the best quote on the market, easy to read (and e-sign!) docs with 100% communication throughout the entire process.
