  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I contacted them as most people would, money is tight after being hit by a negligent driver and suffering a brain injury. I lost my corporate job and am focusing on healing. A small loan until my insurance money comes in sounds good. "Dr. Golden" called me right as I was walking into a doctor's appointment. He told me he needs to ask me some questions. After I asked him how long this would take because I was walking into a doctor's appointment he informed me that it won't take long and the doctor can wait because doctors make patients wait all the time. Wrong! I'm injured and want to be BETTER! This is why I'm going to the doctor. This supposed "doctor golden" began asking me questions related to my injuries that were going to take a very long time. I informed him that I really had to go as it was now time for my appointment. Guess what he told me in his SMUG and PUSHY tone?! "Well, YOU are asking for $5,000 because YOU need it and if you want it, you'll have to answer my questions." Pretty unbelievable way to talk to someone who you are getting POTENTIAL BUSINESS from. News flash Dr. Golden, companies like yours are a dime a dozen and you might want to be a little more sensitive to the people who will need to repay DOUBLE what they borrow from you. That's how you eat right? This is when I realized that this company will never get my business. They are TAKING ADVANTAGE of normal people who are going through a tough time. A brain injury can happen to anyone and all of a sudden companies like this can treat you like a low life piece of scum despite the fact that you were a professional working in a comfy corporate position prior to the accident. This company doesn't realize that we are all one accident, one illness, one devastating disaster from our world crumbling into pieces. So do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THESE MONSTERS!

As our CEO is not typically handling intake calls, he does understand the urgency of all our clients calling looking for a loan very quickly. Per your email, it appears you too were strapped and in financial bind. I think there may have been a miscommunication with us trying to do all we can to get what we needed from you to proceed quickly and being pushy. I realize by your review that you were stressed while trying to walk into a doctors visit, but I understand my Dr. Golden's account he asked if it was ok to have 5 minutes before you walked in so he could gather the necessary information to then get in touch with your law firm. Most clients calling want their money yesterday and we do all we can to assist the process knowing that the law firms are going to hold things up. Dr. Golden being an expert and keenly aware of the urgency was just trying to get what he could so he didn't need to delay the process for you. When you agreed to the 5 mins of information, he proceeded as quick as he could. As most appreciate our attention to not delay the process, clearly in your situation it appeared to be rushed and pushy. Again for this we do apologize. You are correct in saying there are many companies in the country that do what we do, but I do assure you and all readers that we are not a company trying to take advantage of your situation. Trying to assist you and expedite a Pre Settlement loan is not to be misunderstood as ripping people off. In contrast, I urge you and all other individuals looking for a pre settlement loan to do their homework first. You should ask if there is compounding interest, what fees they charge, and what you will owe at payoff. If they divert the call and don't answer your questions or agree that they charge compounding interest, you should consider another company. As Capital Financing doesn't charge compounding interest and we TERMINATE interest in 12 months, I think anyone looking for a loan of this type would agree that we are the least expensive and are not taking advantage of the person in need of money. So again we are sorry it didn't work out and we do wish you all the best in your recovery and search for financial assistance.

  I will say the 24-hr turn around that’s promoted is 100% true. It literally took 24hrs since I applied to be approved and funds deposited. They are responsive in a timely manner. Thanks for the help

  Capital financing is very professional they got me what I needed in 24 hours may not be for every case but this is the third time that they’ve come through for me and it was a big help save my home and other financial means and help me put food on my table it is unbelievable how professional and how fast they put money in your account one of a kind and they do not put you through any hoops to get what you need
