  Over all I really like CapEd! My family has used them as our main financial institution for 3 generations now. I personally have used them for over 10 years now. I have only ever had minor everyday banking issues that they have always fixed fast and with good customer service. I recently tried to use them for a mortgage loan on our first home. At first they were helpful and sounded like they would have the best rates and terms. Then after finally finding a home and trying to take the next steps they changed their fees and pricing on the estimate by a lot. They acted like they didn't want my business and was annoyed with my phone calls. Paul in the mortgage department was nice but not willing to take the time to describe the whole process and answer our first time home buying questions with much detail. This situation with their mortgage officer has made me rethink ever coming to them for loans in the future.

  I love CapEd! They are always the lowest when it comes to financing. I like that they dont ever hold on to my direct deposits and I typically get paid a day before everyone else does. This location has always been helpful. Very rarely do I have to go in to the branch for banking, thanks to online banking now, but whenever I do, they are so amazing! Ive been with CapEd for almost 4 years now, and I wont be changing anytime soon.

  Have an auto loan with caped. I feel like I would’ve been better off doing business with a buy here pay here dealership! These people are unorganized, untrustworthy, and will add every single dollar to your loan that they can during the duration of your loan! Avoid them try ICCU!

  Meh. I was able to do my shared branch banking but I felt like the service was lacking. And I had to fill out a silly slip while the teller watched me, it would have been way faster (and more personable too!) for her to just get the information from me. I travel a lot and have used shared branching all over the country, this was the first place that made me fill out a form.

  We're very happy with CapEd! We've been banking with CapEd for 20 years - the last 4 years with the East Boise branch and they are wonderful to work with!

  20+ year member with certified funds shown the door, so they could gamble on a few hundred dollars more with an Out of State bidder. Don't buy into their on line repo auctions,,, just a scam

  The tellers at the Parkcenter CapEd are GR8! Very friendly and courteous, and whenever I have shared branch business, there is no problem! Colleen Blankenship
