  Leo was amazing to work with! My husband and I put off refinancing out home for months because we were dreading the process. After our first conversation with Leo, we were excited to get our refinance started! Not only was he able to get us a great rate but he also was SO responsive! Another perk of going with Leo and his company was how incredibly easy the online portal was to use. Plus you can track the progress of your loan as it moves through the paces. Our loan went so quick! We had our first call with Leo in early January 2022 and closed today (1/26)! Less than a month for a full refinance is unheard of! Leo even worked on our paperwork on his vacation! We highly HIGHLY recommend Leo as your mortgage lender! You won't be disappointed!

  Moving from out of state in this crazy sellers market is not an easy thing to do but Leo made the process so much easier and less scary! First of all Leo connected us with a great local real estate agent who did video tours for us of potential homes until we found the perfect home, this was so helpful. The application process was quick and easy online, we were pre-approved in less than 1 hour after we applied. Throughout the mortgage process we never felt out of the loop on the status of loan/home purchase. Leo was extremely quick to respond, no matter what time of the day, very knowledgeable, thorough and great to work with. We were very fortunate to work with Leo and his team throughout this entire process. We had a wonderful experience and would choose Leo again!

  Amazing! Leo Namiot was my loan officer for my first home purchase. As a home first time home buyer there was a lot I didn’t know about the home buying process but Leo took the time to explain everything to me until I understood it. The online process made it super easy from the preapproval right through to the closing. I really liked that I received updates along the way so I knew the status of my loan. Leo and his team had my loan paperwork done and cleared to close 2 weeks early, Amazing. I can’t say enough great things about Leo and his team. I was fortunate that my realtor suggested I call Leo.

  My wife and I purchased our first home and were referred to Leo by our realtor and could not have had a more pleasant experience. Leo went above and beyond when we were purchasing our new home, from keeping us updated on where we were at on our loan process to answering his phone at all times of the day to answer any questions we had. Everything was done electronically making it all super convenient and easy on our ends, especially with our busy work schedules. Leo’s rates were super competitive. We would definitely recommend him and will definitely be using him again and would strongly suggest using him for your mortgage needs.

  Total game changer ….We all know what a tough buyers' market we are in, having Leo as our lender was a major part of getting our offer accepted. We started this process about 3 months ago getting preapproved by a lender who was recommended to us by our real estate agent. All was good at first, but we could not get an offer accepted which seems to be the new norm, one of the big issues was trying to get an updated preapproval from the first lender in a short period of time, it was taking 1-2 days to get from the first lender, by that time it was too late. We were frustrated to say the least, so we started to look for another lender, my co-worker had suggested we call Leo and WOW what a difference. Not only did he get us our pre-approval letter updated quickly for our offers, but Leo also ran us through a full underwrite which we had never hear of - in short this means he took our documents and sent the file to his underwriter for a fully underwritten preapproval. This was a game changer!!!! When we made our offers, we were able to let the sellers know that we were already approved by an underwriter and pretty much only needed to find a house, get an appraisal and that we could close in a couple of weeks. We found a house, put in the offer, Leo asked to have the listing agent call him to explain that we were more than preapproved with the full underwriter approval and could close quickly. This sealed the deal.... 1 week after switching lenders we were in contract and closed 17 days later!!! To sum it up, Leo was incredible! he exceeded expectations going above and beyond while providing a great mortgage rate. Don't waste your time with anyone else, I would HIGHLY recommend Leo to anyone looking for any mortgage!

  Leo is a great professional and was extremely helpful during our refinance process. Every question we had was answered in a timely manner. Leo was easy to talk to and made sure we understood everything that was presented to us. We were very pleased for the great service he provided us and will absolutely use him again in the future.

  We are very fortunate to have found Leo. Thanks to our real estate agent for suggesting we talk to Leo. We were about to give up on buying a home in the crazy market as we lost bids over and over. Leo had a plan which helped us win our bid and get our forever home. we could not have done it without Leo. The coolest thing was he was able to give us a rate that was lower than our bank along with a lenders credit of $3100 towards our closing costs. We are so greatfull. great guy who was looking out for us every step of the process.

  I can not speak highly enough about Leo and his team. Making a move from NY to FL is a big life changing event. Leo helped take the stress of getting our mortgage off our plate. When I tell you that you will be satisfied with the professionalism, communication, and overall experience that is fact! Not to mention I got a great VA loan rate . A quick call is all it takes, you won't be disappointed .Leo is amazing !

  We have worked with Leo multiple times for mortgages and refinances. Leo is proactive in updating you on rates when they drop to what you are looking for. Not only is he a great person to work with - his company offered rates that beat the competitors we looked into as well. Both of these reasons made it a no brainer to work with Leo. After we closed he sent us a beautiful sign we have hanging in our house. Highly recommend Leo!
