  We built a home in the Haven section - closed on 12/16 and there are many issues. Unfortunately, I can’t even get the courtesy of a return call. Once you close, Mattamy forgets you totally. Note pic for Mattamy quality - missing border on right cabinet - guess I will just have to live with this.

  Lots of great options even now when the market is crazy. And when I say options, I'm not just saying on the type of homes, I'm also including neighborhoods, amenity centers, and common areas. Sidewalks everywhere, and very golf cart friendly. Beautiful homes all around. Townhomes, traditional, and even home with back alley ways. Reminds me of homes up north.   Quiet and well maintained neighborhood and facilities. Beautiful views of the river by way of boardwalk. Both pools are very nice. Plenty of parks and walkways to enjoy with kids or other loved ones.

  Beautiful community by the river. Mattamy has over 20 different floor plans of all sizes and luxuries to choose from. You also have 6 or seven different models that you can go in and experience and get a feel on what to expect in options and quality. The community has amazing amenities including a water park, lap pool, tennis courts and more. The river pier and park is incredible and perfect for fishing or kayaking. We can't wait to move here! It's still in development so there are not much near but I can see a lot of growth in the years to come.

  For the price they are charging they can do better with the craftsmanship you don't fix mistakes with molding. No privacy and worst of all the fees.

  We love our home and the neighborhood.... we chose this place over all the others because of its unique look and feeling. It is so far removed from all the other Florida communities. Looking forward to a long and happy life here.

  I was planning to move in this area and I love the welcoming atmosphere at River Town. Their amenities center is amazing and the riverfront is superb. There is a wait list like everywhere else but if you get something you like, I think it's worth the wait.
