  We cannot say enough about Fergus & Kathy at the Welch Team! We had been looking for a home for over a year never reaching out to a “team” to guide us then along came Fergus. After he reached out to us everything fell into place! We told him our priorities for our new home and he really listened. He offered advice on locations and homes we viewed, gave us guidance during the entire process and spoke to us like we had known one another for years. it was like house shopping with my brother. 😊 Kathy called and emailed every detail about EVERY aspect of paperwork, inspections, a step by step guide on what would occur next. She put up with my crazed emails at all hours of the day and night always responding promptly and politely! I imagine I could stay in touch with these guys for years to come, just for the friendship and honest guidance they offered us through this crazy home buying experience. A million thanks to The Welch Team! We 100% recommend them to ANYONE searching for a new home!

  I was fortunate enough to meet Christina when I moved to Jacksonville a number of years ago. She helped me with the purchase of my home at that time. She was so knowledgeable and professional during my purchase. Fast forward almost seven years later and the Welch Team stepped up to the plate. Kelly DeLucia provided me with up-to-date market information, listed my house and had it under contract in one day. The Welch Team is a great group of people.   Amazing team! Very easy to work with for new home buyers. Our realtor Rafael made looking at houses easy and went at our pace. He made amazing suggestions and was able to point out certain things that I would have not noticed. He was not pushy on any home but gave his opinion every time I asked. If I had a question and he did not know the answer he would find it and give it to us. A plus with Rafael for military and vets is that he is a veteran himself and knows the VA loan. Travis, our transaction coordinator, is doing an amazing job. He is proactive and on top of everything. He frequently updates us and is very quick. He has gone out of his way to find information that we requested or to get things done that we needed. He also has given us great suggestions on companies that his prior clients have liked.

I had first contacted Christina which she quickly responded despite being out of town for a conference. She paired us up with Mike to find our first home and we couldn't have been more happy!   Our family has purchased and sold two homes using the Welch Team, and the experience has been terrific from start to finish. From the moment we met Kelly DeLucia three years ago, we knew we were in good hands. From deciding on a listing price, readying our home for sale, and keeping us focused on getting to closing, no one - NO ONE - does it better than Kelly. From beginning to end she was available to help us determine the best way to sell our home - and to provide a sounding board when we needed one, and we always felt like we were her top priority.   The Welch Team was a great help to us as we were from Oklahoma looking to purchase a home in the Jacksonville area. Kim worked with us long distance and spent time with us during our trips to Florida showing us many houses and areas we had picked out. True to their name they are a team, when we were passin through town on our way home and Kim had a prior commitment and there was a house we wanted to view, Tyler was there for us. We are now happy home owners and would recommend the Welch Team to anyone looking for a great dedicated team working with them on their next home purchase.
