  My experience with canopy credit union, and lupe, has been a joke. After waiting for two months (in which I was preapproved) I was finally given a sliver of attention from lupe. I had found car after car that met their requirements for me, and my credit score had gone up almost 100 points in these two months, but had zero communication from them. I finally found the car, got the price point exactly to where they wanted it, was paying a large amount more out of pocket than I was expecting and budgeting to do so, to be denied because I planned on registering the car in Oregon, where my family owns a beach house. They then started bringing up the fact that I had moved in the last two months (yes leases end, and I chose to not pay 1.6k a month for a 1 bed 1 bath apartment any further), that I changed jobs (because I was making a more money per hour, on top of getting more hours), which both were not a problem the day before when I hadn’t mentioned that I didn’t plan on registering the car in Washington. In fact I was told that the loan was a go if I got the price down to 110% of the value they gave me (which was extremely low, and didn’t bring into account the car market, nor many features that the car had.) this was two months of my time wasted, and I couldn’t be more frustrated. Not to mention being hung up on while on the phone, because lupe couldn’t admit that she had specifically told me the price point to get the car to, and that she wasted a large portion of my time. Bring your business else where, and save a headache for yourself.

  Devon, we are so sorry things didn't work out as you were expecting. As with most of the clients we work with, we try not to answer with a "no," but rather a "not yet" if our underwriters aren't able to process a loan in a particular situation. In many cases participating in our free financial coaching program, demonstrating a longer history of employment, or including a co-borrower are enough to tip the scales.   Sara C. at the North branch was absolutely amazing to work with. She happily walked my husband and I through refinancing our vehicles through Canopy.   Mallory @ the north branch is incredible to work. Always emails/answers my questions promptly. Got my auto loan processed so fast. She is very pleasant and helpful. Canopy is changing the game for banking and she is a rockstar! Thank you

  I had to contact Canopy for unfortunate reasons for another vehicle loan. Thankfully Canopy has great Reps. I am beyond thankful to have Sara Cooley as my Rep at Canopy. Sara went the distance in helping me with the process. Sara was readily available and if she wasnt, she didn't make me feel like I was interrupting her. Communication with Sara and myself was quick. Sara was very precise and thorough and made the process for me, very smooth, effortless and no hassles at all. I would recommend Sara and Canopy any day, every day. Sara has been great to work with. She is great at what she does!!

  Canopy has been very helpful. Great bank to work with and great people. Sara Cooley was able to save us quite a bit on a truck loan we had and very easy to work with. If i could give 10 stars i would! Great experience!

  Sara Cooley went above and beyond in helping me get a loan with Canopy Credit Union. She had great communication, phenomenal customer service, and was extremely friendly. She worked nonstop, got me a fantastic percentage rate, and a low monthly payment. Highly recommend her, and Canopy Credit Union!

  Recently refinanced my car with Canopy and the experience was so quick and so easy! Coming from someone who’s struggled with credit and loans in the past, Canopy made the whole process stress free and exciting. Would recommend them to everyone!

  I worked with Rich, I was in a super time crunch to get a new car! My demands were almost impossible to meet and he met them all in a efficient time manner! The got me into a car within 2 days, with an awesome interest rate!!!

  I have had very pleasant experiences with Canopy credit union specifically at North Spokane branch. The personal bankers take time to guide you to the right products. Special mention to Casey and Sara Cooley. At this times of Covid they have tellers come on the ATM screen for and interactive experience. You can also call the number on the branch door to walk in. Great service ,
