  Manny is the best. He took my file when all others declined it. He worked very very hard. He fought for me. At the end I got an incredible rate, standard loan. Manny is very friendly, he is always a pleasure to talk to.This company is a real gem. If you found this company, your lucky. It's rare and not common these days. Realtors, take note.   Manny and Espy at California Home Solution are amazing! They are efficient and work at a rapid pace. I felt very comfortable from the beginning with them and realized that they actually cared about my family. They remind me of the "old school" brokers where they get to know their clients and customize their work around the client's needs. They don't just follow a "template". Manny used to be a CPA as well so he brings that knowledge to the table which is huge when it comes to understanding all of the financials needed.   Manny and his team delivered on what seemed to be a standard loan but had new rules changes and everyone I went to couldn’t deliver on the services or politely shared it was impossible.   Manny is top notch in my opinion. I needed help with some credit issues and Manny was more knowledgeable about resolving the situation and trustworthy than any resource you're going to find online. He was immediately willing to offer his advice and help and really assisted in resolving my situation quickly.   When I first contacted Manny Solana, I was looking for some immediate assistance with what I thought was a very stressful situation, with a fast nearing deadline. Within a few minutes he was reassuring me that he could and would be able to assist me and make it happen in the necessary time frame. True to his word he did exactly that. We worked together over couple of weeks and not only did our loan close within 30 days, but he negotiated on our behalf and additionally saved us a substantial amount of money.
