  My mom & me have had this bank for 5+ years and there is usually the same nice lady that usually withdraws our/my money. Today, a different lady helped me. I wasn’t aware there was a policy where you have to call in advance a week before if you’d like to withdraw more than $5,000, I had told the clerk I wanted to withdraw $8,000 (thinking I could get it cash). She had asked if wanted my moms name on my check which I replied “No.” I was confused, didn’t think nothing of it. Then, I noticed she had wrote me a check. I had then clarified I wanted it cash, she said, “I asked you if you wanted a check?” (With an attitude) But she had never asked me directly, “ would you like a check?”. I apologized for the miscommunication, but still felt like she could have had better customer service. Maybe next time she should inform the customer of the policy in place if they want to withdraw more than $5,000, and let them know it’s a check. Whole experience was meh look forward to switching banks though.

  Cascade Federal Credit Union in Kent is a great place to do your banking. The have excellent service and friendly staff and will help you with your banking needs. The Kent location is easy access from hwy 167 they have huge parking lot and drive thru for your convenience. Cascade has many great benefits as a Credit Union allowing banking to be easier and more options.

  I have had a horrible experience with this bank. My debit card was cancelled due to a fraud report and I had to order a new card. I was told that it would come in about 7-10 business days and after 10 days, they continued to tell me to wait. Fast forward to day 17, still no card. Now they are making me have to pay an extra $25 dollars in order to buy a new card with expedited shipping because I am a college student that needs access to money for groceries. If you want fast and reliable service, find a new bank, because my situation and this bank in general is ridiculous.

  Been banking with them for several years. One issue after another from sending new cards to old addresses, to horrible repetitive issues with their mobile app. Customer service is slow and have never been able to get issues resolved in timely manner. Will be switching credit unions.

  Cascade Federal Credit Union in Kent Washington is awesome the people that work here are so nice and friendly always ready to help you out . Right now with covid you need to go threw the drive threw to keep everyone safe . I think if your getting a loan or starting an account you can ask to go inside . ThankYou #love

  I don't know why this organization doesn't have a higher star rating. I have done business with them since 1999. No problems thus far. I believe it is a great place to bank, no frills just good old-fashioned customer service, low fees to boot. The interest rates could be higher, as stated before they didn't get this far by being large or taking risks. I can respect that, and am happy that is the case. Great job Cascade Federal crew!!!

  Apparently this is the bank of choice if you like to write fraudulent checks, these geniuses cashed a fraudulent check of mine for 5K that looked like a 2 year old wrote it. I decided to call Cascade and ask them what had happened and the unpleasant lady there told me that due diligence was used in cashing the check before hanging up on me....NO IDIOT it wasn't! go ahead and bank with these guys if you're ok with banks who have questionable banking practices.

  My parents have been with them since they moved over to this side of the state. Everyone recognized me from when I was a baby. I have been a member for 14 years now and never have had an issue. Highly suggest banking with these guys!

  This bank was ok for a time. But I require more from my banks now and they just cant offer what I need. I'm disappointed in them and have moved on finally.

  Been banking here my whole life great people great service the only thing I would change is i wish they were open on sat and past 5pm weekdays but service is great and so are the people
