  When the Board of Monroe County Commissioners asked me to put together a team to advise them - and ultimately to build - a parking facility with an imbedded secure emergency evacuation area for the Monroe County Correctional Facility, Jeff Fanyo was the first person that I called and asked to be a part of my team. The site was challenging and I knew that expert civil engineering was going to be a key. And, I knew that the team would need an experienced player to lead us through the city's Plan Commission process. Jeff Fanyo and his Bynum Fanyo team provided all of that and more. I can honestly say that I do not believe that we would have ever built the commissioners' facility if Jeff and his team had not become an integral part of mine. I don't plan on building anything in the future without having Jeff and Bynum Fanyo on board.
