  The folks at Gallery Mortgage have been absolutely amazing! I can not even find enough words to convey how happy we have been with them.John and Mary Beth were the folks that worked closely with us. They always took time to answer my questions (and there were a lot of those) and I always left the conversation feeling as though I got accurate and thorough information. As far as efficiency goes, they are on it! They get the job done. If you are in the market for a new home or refi. You won't go wrong with Gallery Mortgage.

  I had an excellent experience working with John and other members of his team. I filled out an online pre-approval application and had my letter in hand within 24 hours. Once the offer was accepted on my home, John and Jeremy provided me with all the information I needed for a seamless closing process and were very prompt with communication. As a first time home buyer I had heard the horror stories of home buying. I walked away from this experience thinking "it can't be this easy!" But it was and I have John and his team to thank for that!

  I had a very positive experience with Gallery Mortgage. John spent a lot of time walking me through all of the pros and cons of different types of mortgages. He was willing to answer all of my questions in detail, as well as alert me to things I didn't know to ask about. He and Jeremy were also always very prompt in responding to emails.

  John was extremely competent in completing my mortgage. I didn't think it was going to be possible to buy a house. From our first meeting, John assured me that it was indeed possible. He was on it every step of the way and I was never left guessing what to expect. I highly recommend Gallery Mortgage.

  John Labella and the gang at Gallery Mortgage are rockstars. I have used John as my lender on two home purchases and things went incredibly smooth. I recommended a friend to use him on his purchase and again, John made the process so easy. If and when we buy our next home, I will definitely contact Gallery Mortgage to be our lender.

  John and Gallery were great to work with from beginning to end, and the whole process was easy and smooth. Since we were buying an older home, we had a lot of questions and needed options for the loans; Gallery offers overwhelmingly more services than many of the local banks, such as renovation options. Plus, and very importantly, I am self-employed---and this was a big problem for the banks, who couldn't offer a home loan at all competitive due to that (despite my high credit and years of rising income). John didn't bat an eye when I said I was self-employed, and it was simple to confirm my income. John was also willing to go through all kinds of scenarios and run the numbers with us, which was quite helpful in the beginning; John is also a straight-shooter and offered direct advice when it came to possible options. Once the process got going, it was very easy (John even helped us raise our credit even higher to get the best rates and PMI); Gallery offers a helpful spreadsheet and web portal to track your progress and upload and sign documents, if needed, which was a huge plus. In the end, I barely had to think about the loan part of the process, and every step was easy and without hiccups. Basically, everything promised was delivered.

  My experience with John and Jeremy was nothing short of amazing! I was a first time home buyer, and they made everything so smooth and easy. I never thought I'd own a home, these guys made it happen for me. I couldn't have done it without them, and now I wouldn't choose to either! I am grateful and thankful for all of their help.
