      I called to change the amount that automatically gets transferred from my checking to my savings on the first of every month. I was expecting it to be some young person who would say “oh you go online and do that...(yawn)...have a good day...” But I spoke to Tabitha and she went above and beyond to look into it for me, tell me EXACTLY what I need to do, and she made sure the changes went through on their end.       Maritza Bingham has been my person of contact at this branch of Chase and she has ruined my opinion of this company entirely. Not only did she have a demeaning attitude but was UNWILLING to take the steps necessary to resolve a problem I have been dealing with for more than six weeks.
