  Connie was supposed to be helping my parents. She made lots of promises along the way. When the appraisal was supposed to be done by July 31st, we found out in Mid August it hadn't even been done yet. She wouldn't return phone calls, emails or texts. And when we tried calling the regional office it went straight to Connie with no answer. She pushed the closing past the 10 day mark. Promising that this was still gonna happen and go through. Today they get a call saying that they didn't get approved because my mother, who works in a school district, couldn't give her any current pay stub since she doesn't work during the summer. And she won't get a stub till next week. Now, because of her, my parents and I are about to be homeless. Don't use her services.

  Connie never returned our calls, she took our money for the credit check and processed a loan for an amount way above what we needed or even asked for without discussing it with us first. She would not return calls, emails or texts. Very unprofessional!!!!
