  New pawn shop opened up in our area. The customer service was so outstanding by one of the employees Keith! We ended up spending more money than we anticipated. But have no regrets!! Keith was able to explained all the services they offered, which encourage me and my wife to become loyal customers.Note our 30th anniversary is coming up shortly and I will be visiting La Familia to purchase our anniversary gift for my wife.

  Down to earth, friendly and very helpful. Both employees have great attitudes didn't hesitate to help me or answer questions. They have good quality stuff at great prices. I plan on going back to purchase more items.

  Buyer beware.....I recently purchased a GoPro Sessions from here, through Facebook Marketplace. During our conversation leading up to the purchase I asked if it was a 4 or a 5. I was told it was a 5 and that they fully check everything out. Once I got home with the unit, I found out it was a gen 4. I reached out explained the difference in value. Their response was for me to return it for a refund and that they did the best they could to identify the series (if you aren't sure don't lie). I explained that I live 45 minites (one way) away. And that I could not make it that day or for the next few days. Their response was you have 24hrs from purchase to return it.. it was a $25.00 lesson. I learned how to identify a GoPro generation in about a minute and that La Familia Pawn shop are dishonest.

  Hands down this company is the best pawn shop in the industry. Not only super friendly but they give you the actual value of any item that you are looking to pawn. Unlike most pawn shops, they are unbelievably fair and treat you like "family". Huge shout out to "la familia" pawn shop Plant City. Thank you Roberto, Amy, and Michelle for the great experience. Y'all my new pawn shop!

  I had gone there today (5/14/2021) you have to go just to feel the atmosphere as soon as you walk in Wonderful family feeling. The manager Roberto was quite welcoming and the Asst. Manager Michelle had the biggest smile which had checked my merchandise out so friendly. Dont forget Amylee Martinez she adds the final touch of the Pawn Shop you can't go in there without walking out not buying a thing. Clean, well lit and open areas. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
