Matt Manning1Today is June 17th 2022. I just went in my Wells Fargo branch in Plant City and I will be closing my account after the rude treatment I just received. I was told I had to make an appointment and if I was lucky she would go ask when the notaries if she can meet with me in 45 minutes maybe. I need one form notarized as in a 3-minute top process. I have done this 20 times in my lifetime at my bank. It's never not been super fast convenient polite and free. Lady in red shirt you cost WF a 20year account.

Chris Leahong1Should’ve realize not to stop at this location to Cash a company check. Waited in line for the drive-through about 30 minutes because the lobby was closed. drive-through teller that tells me that drive-through is only for Wells Fargo account holders. It’s not the customers fault that your lobby is closed. Trying to cash a Wells Fargo check you think that it is in correlation of being a Wells Fargo customer. Highly disappointed with the customer service at this bank. I warn anyone that is a Wells Fargo account holder or trying to become an account with her to use a different location. Such a shame to think in 2021 we don’t have better business practice.

Michael1If I could give this branch zero stars I would! Their lobby is still closed!! I mean seriously!! They claim it's due to covid but that's just not true. I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru (since the lobby is closed) just to be told that they can no longer provide a cashiers check through the drive thru and I would need to go to Lakeland or Brandon! I had just gotten a cashiers check, in the drive thru not one month prior!! This branch is honestly totally useless!! They should either open their lobby and start providing actual service or just close branch all together. I drove 19 mins down the road to Lakeland, walked right into the lobby, encountered excellent service, and was out in less than 5 minutes !! Take notes Planty City, Wells Fargo you've got a lot of work to do!!!

Julian Black1Wells fargo in general sould be shut down, detected fraud, didnt tell me about it and automatically canceled my debit card WITH OUT TELLING ME iv been with out money for almost a week cause i have to sign for a card even though im not home when they deliver the mail, and wont work with you, also managed to send my card to the wrong address TWICE save youre time and energy and bank with someone else

Name in Email4The number of customers has increased at this branch so each time I need to go inside, I wait in line for 15 to 20 minutes. I miss the good ole days when I could walk right in and go straight to the teller window. On a more positive note, Jessie has been with the branch for a long time and provides excellent customer service. She has pleasurable demeanor and knows the answers when there are questions. Jessie is the BEST!!
