  John was the perfect partner throughout the entire process of purchasing my house. As a first-time homebuyer, I had no idea what I was doing, but John made sure I was always on top of things. Plus, you can really tell that John loves numbers and shopping for deals, so I'm positive I got the best rate that I could have and with an affordable down payment and monthly payment plan as well.   John Burke was the best and I would highly recommend John to anyone that is in need of mortgage services. John worked tirelessly to find us the best lender. He spent hours with me on the phone and worked directly with the lender, our real estate agent and the sellers agent, often dealing with obstacles along the way. He was awesome and really came through for our family. Thank you John for all of your hard work!!

  I had a great experience working with John! Before committing, he and I spent a lot of time working through the options and weighing what would and would not work for me. I'm an engineer so I like to dig into the details, which he was very happy to do with me. He will give you the "no BS" bottom line, unlike other brokers I talked to when shopping around. I decided to go with his recommended attorney (Jon Golas) and don't regret a thing. The two together work very efficiently and were able to get everything settled in about 19 days (including weekends)! When we decide to do this again, I'll be sure to give John a call!

  Best mortgage broker ever! Don't waste your time with anyone else. John Burke is the smartest man in the business and knows how to get you in a home fast! We had a lot of financial obstacles but he was able to guide us in the right direction and make it happen for us. John always keeps you 10 steps ahead of the game so there is no panic in the end. He always answers the phone and if not, calls you back right away. Couldn't of asked for a better experience. I found John Burke online and chose him because of the reviews I read.   Working with John was the best mortgage experience my wife and I have had. Buying our latest home went smoothly, so smoothly that our real estate broker was impressed with John's efficient and timely responses.
