  Closing costs a little higher than some smaller local banks I looked into for my refinance, but the super low interest rate they were were able to offer me more than made up for that. Their application process was easy, convenient and secure, and mostly online which I prefer. People are definitely personable and nice to work with. Would recommend! 👌
