  • BEWARE• The people who own and operate this place are guilty of committing TAX FRAUD. They sell your information to their family and illegally have them claimed as their own dependents. IRS and law are fully aware. These people are not to be trusted with you, or your loved ones personal information.

  Very very disappointed. Unprofessional, poor communication. Girlfriend and I just moved to the area and she was hoping to get her taxes done here. We called earlier in the week and made an in-person appointment for this morning. Given the number of 5-star reviews, we expected a positive experience. I drop my girlfriend off at her exact appointment time (11am), and the office door is locked (understandable given COVID restrictions). What's troubling is there was a woman at the desk sitting inside who saw my girlfriend standing outside and just ignored her. No acknowledgment, no hand signals, no head gestures. Nothing. My girlfriend then calls the office number to at least let the person know she's outside with an appointment, but no one answers the phone. On top of this, no one from the office calls my girlfriend to at least follow up re: the status of this appointment. I'm wondering if most of the high reviews are from family and friends, because there's no way a business could be this sustainable if this is how they treat potential customers.

  They "MISPLACED" my 81 year old fathers tax documents/information and refuse to call us back! They did not file his taxes before they LOST them! We have left several messages and have gone there several times and they seem to be closed as no one is ever there/door is locked! HORRIBLE experience!! Currently have a claim in to the BBB. Now his taxes will be filed late when we are able to get copies of all of his tax information/documents. A nightmare!

  Fatima and the team at Liberty Tax and Business, have been amazing while getting my tax situation under control. They were fast, friendly and very helpful. I couldn't recommend a better company to resolve my tax issues. Ask for Fatima, after talking to many different companies she was certainly the most knowledgeable tax professional.You Guys are the Best!

  HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I provided all my information and they still got my BANK NUMBER and address wrong they attempted to contact the IRS and fix it but failed it has been 3 MONTHS and I still have not received my refund!! NOT WORTH PAYING THEM $400. Friendly warning ⚠️ Go to another Tax service

  Liberty Tax in Manchester, Fatima has been preparing my taxes and providing sound accounting advice to my husband and I for 8 years. She and his staff are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and do a great job preparing us for what's ahead and keeping us informed on what's happening with tax changes. I highly recommend them.   Liberty tax of Manchester is the best place to go and file your income tax .beautiful upscale office friendly fast and accurate outstanding professionals . Appellant service .you name it they do it . I Will highly recommend every one to stop by and check with them .   Liberty Tax of Manchester has been my go-to tax prep crew since 2016. I have never once had an issue with them they are quick, knowledgable and friendly. The owner, Fatima, does a great job of accommodating all guests every single time i file with them and for this reason i rate them 5 stars and recommend everyone give them an opportunity

  I love Liberty tax in Manchester for the following reasons we have satisfied so many clients .they return year after year with there smiling faces . it brings so much joy to my heart. I enjoy listening to the stories of how we made such a difference in their lives.some of our clients have children and I get to watch them grow up. and now we have expanded our business from not only January to April for all year round. This means zero stress could you life and we do taxes. and you already know the best part of my job is is dressing up as a Liberty tax Lady and bring smiles to the people in families who drive by.
